I asked them what I owe them and they said bring your car back to us in December when your car needs state inspection. This certainly builds customer loyalty. I broke down on the side of Pottstown Pike about half a mile away, and on a whim walked into the shop and asked to borrow a tank of gas to fill up. “I absolutely won't go anywhere else from now on. We had a summer camp we were hosting at 10 am. My husband and I woke up to find we had a flat tire. We were panicking because we need our minivan. We called Mavis and explained our situation. They said bring it right up. Lee is the mechanic that plugged our tire. They had us back on the road in 30 minutes and didn't even charge us. I wish more places had the customer service that this place has. It was absolutely AWESOME!!! Thank you for everything. You saved our camp day!”
