“First of all I have to say Kimberly who works in the on site office is AMAZING. Amazing. She probably doesn't get paid enough for how incredible she is! I was trying to coordinate a move from halfway across the country and she was so incredibly helpful. The online aspect of storage here was glitchy and has yet to work for me. But Kimberly continues to save the day with her assistance. She is the reason for 4 stars instead of 3 (because of online issues). We only just started renting our unit so I can't speak to those concerns, yet. Perhaps my review will change in the future. It was easy for the 15ft box truck to access the unit and maneuver throughout the site. Seems secure enough and while access is not 24/7 the hours are fine.
