“I do most of my family’s shopping at giant and absolutely LOVE their points for gas rewards. The prices here are fair for the area but then I’ll get anywhere from $.50-$1.50 off PER GALLON of gas depending on how many rewards I’ve racked up. That is such a huge bonus given the prices of gas! There’s usually no big lines waiting for a pump and someone in the booth to help if necessary.”

“This pharmacy is exactly why locally owned businesses matter.
I normally use this pharmacy and only temporarily tried a larger corporate pharmacy because my doctor and I thought it might offer my medication at a lower price (we were wrong by the way and I should have called prior). It was never meant to be a permanent switch — and honestly, the experience made me realize just how much I genuinely missed this team.
The difference in care was immediate when I came back. The staff went above and beyond to help me save money by trying multiple coupon options for my prescription — and when the first one didn’t work because I had entered something incorrectly, they patiently helped me figure it out without making me feel embarrassed or rushed.
They also contacted the other pharmacy to have my prescription transferred back and were completely transparent about the expected timeframe from the beginning. No confusion, no attitude, no feeling like I was inconveniencing anyone.
Every interaction here feels human. They communicate kindly, treat people with respect, and genuinely seem to care about helping their customers instead of just getting them through a line. That level of service is rare, and it deserves recognition.”

“I highly recommend Lionville Natural Pharmacy, and its head pharmacist Michael Briggs (PharmD). My insurance company suddenly raised its co-pay on one of my prescription medications, to a prohibitive sum. As an allergy to one of the filler-ingredients meant that I could not take the generic that they offered, I was left scrambling to find a new, affordable source of the med. Having had great experiences with Lionville Pharmacy over the past decade in relation to other prescriptions, I asked Mike Briggs if he could help me with this new, urgent situation. He was extremely understanding, knowledgeable, and helpful, and within a week he was able to provide me with a replacement compound of the drug that utlized a neutral, higher quality filler ingredient. Krish Patel spent so much time explaining the differences in HRT and helped troubleshoot some user issues I was dealing with. They text you to remind you to refill and text when it’s ready. Both Jeremy and Krish helped me get my meds in the most cost effective way. It’s hard to find customer service like this anymore but I’m glad I found it here.”
“At the end if october I brought in a winning lottery ticket that had to be sent to harrisburg. Their were some issues with my license that I was able to rectify in time due to the thoroughness of the young man helping Arden fill out the form. I came in a week later with my new license on 10/29 and Arden completed the form with great atrention to detail. I received the check today right on time. Great young people in C S.”

“I love this pharmacy. Douglas, the regular pharmacist isn’t the most outgoing person, but he gets things done under very high pressure and is unflappable. The staff in the pharmacy (Miranda and Micki and the woman with the Slavic(?) accent and the Indian woman) are all wonderful to interact with. The rest of the store experience can be a crapshoot visit to visit, but with so many pharmacies closing, I will keep supporting this one for as long as possible.”

We used to wait in line forever at CVS and we just became frustrated in going there. We never wait more than a minute at the Acme Pharmacy and they are kind and pleasant there. Also, it's excellent to get vaccines there too!”
