““My experience with Extra Space Storage has been truly excellent from start to finish. From the very first moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. I had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Bill Kalkbrenner, and I can confidently say he made a real difference in my overall experience. He was extremely attentive, professional, and very knowledgeable about every aspect of the process.
Bill took the time to walk me through each step in detail, making sure I fully understood all the options available and helping me choose what best suited my needs. He was patient with my questions and always ready to assist, offering clear explanations and practical guidance without any pressure or rush. It’s rare to encounter someone so genuinely committed to customer service.
The facility itself is also outstanding—clean, well-maintained, and highly secure. Access is simple and convenient, and everything is organized in a way that makes the storage experience smooth and stress-free. I always felt confident that my belongings were in a safe and professional environment.
Overall, I highly recommend Extra Space Storage, especially thanks to the excellent service provided by Bill Kalkbrenner. His dedication and attention to detail really elevated the experience and made it exceptionally positive”
“I ordered an entire unit online. They had their own personal lock waiting, within a welcome bag. I started loading it day 1. The Team called me day 2, to see if I had any questions, needed anything. This was the easiest part of my move, TBH. The lot is nice easy to navigate. I drive right up, open the gate, do my business & move on.”
“Tried to rent some units online but decided to call instead because I had questions. Zach answered all our questions and was a huge help in securing the units we needed for our move.”
“Really easy set up. I contacted Don with a few questions and he was able to assist with all of them. Move in was easy and they offer convenient hours. Thank you!”
“I have used Extra Space Storage 3 times over the past several years. They have always been helpful when I had a particular storage requirement. Whether storing a few things for a short time or significant items for a longer term, they helped me find the right space for my needs. Access has been easy and the personnel in the office responded quickly to any questions I had. Highly recommended.”
“Great experience everyone was super nice and they answered all my questions. I worked with Dylan and secured the rental unit on Greenhill Rd West Chester with no problems. Very easy!”
“Harry was fantastic! While I was helping my friend unload, Harry checked in to make sure we were doing alright and if there was anything he could do to be of assistance. Customer service like that goes a long way, and gave me a fantastic first impression of Public Storage. I will definitely strongly consider using this location if I need storage space in the future.”

“I recently bought a 2006 MINI Cooper S JCW GP from TIFOSI MOTORS. First, I’d like to say that dealing with Martin Gibbins was incredible. Very professional, honest, personable and fun to talk too. As for the car, it Is beautiful, Exactly as advertised times two. I was blown away when it was delivered to me. The process to buy the car remotely was incredibly smooth and easy. Communication with Martin was great, he worked with the gentleman I set up to transport the car, which took a lot of worry out of that process. To sum up Martin was great, the car was excellent and the buying process seamless. No doubt I will buy from Martin and TIFOSI MOTORS again! Thank you! MOTOR ON! Tim”

“Staff members were top-notch; Jon, Libby and Carmen; informative, patient and helpful. The West Chester facility is kept spotlessly clean. The carts are strong and I always found one in the building that my unit is in. It appears that all the clients respect and take care of the property, too. I especially like the fact that it's a family-owned business that takes pride in their company, their employees and service, and their facilities - and all at a fair and reasonable price. Good job!!”

“This place is perfect. The units are accessible by vehicle. They're clean. You can access them any time. Ray is very helpful. It's old school (no website, payment by check, etc.), but run very well.”
“The General Manager Zachary Thomas went over and above to help me decide to use his facility. He did everything in his power to get me storage units. I had dependencies on my U-Boxes delivery and the Moving help schedules. He was always opened to adjust my need. During the move, my U-Boxes were kept on the farther from my units. It was my mistake. When I arrived for the move, he changed the units close to the U-Boxes. Thank you Zach!”

“Top-of-the-line car storage facility.
I met Tony over two years ago after purchasing my dream car. At the time: Being 25 years old with a supercar is not an easy task and meeting Tony was one of the biggest lifesavers.
He has helped me maintain and preserve my car, & I can truly say I don’t think I would still have this car if it wasn’t for him. I can’t thank Tony and his team enough for protecting and caring for my car just as much as I would.”
