I walked the rows of DSW and I saw some shoes on the clearance rack that I was interested in, but they didn't have my size. I saw my shoe sizes on the clearance rack, but I wasn't interested in those shoes. When it came time to check out, it was quick. I didn't wait long, as the young lady was up front, waiting to ring me up. She asked if I had found everything satisfactory. I said yes and continued with my transaction. “Good Evening Google Family. This is my very first time visiting any location of Shoe Dept. Encore. I was greeted by a young man associate as soon as I walked into the store. I was looking for cheap and reasonable shoes. I am so tired of paying high out of this world prices for regular every day shoes. I immediately high tailed it to the clearance section. I saw a pair of black skechers that I wanted. . It is their policy to only put one shoe in the box and then the sales associate goes in the back and gets the other shoe. When I went to check out, I handed that same young man my two pair of shoes that I wanted. However when he went in the back to retrieve the other shoe, he could not find it. I had found those shoes in the clearance section. So then I want back to find another pair of shoes that I liked. I found another pair and then I brought them back to that same sales associate. He did not have to look for the other shoe that I brought, only the other shoe that I had brought previously, he looked for that shoe. He had both pairs in front of him and then he rang me up. I paid for them by debit card. My shoes were placed in the shoe bag and then I left. I love this store!!!! Last month, Foot Locker Inc. reopened its flagship store at 112 W 34th St. in New York City, as part of new retail plans. The store introduced "Home Court," a basketball-focused shopping area created with Nike and Jordan Brand. The updated store offers a basketball-themed shopping experience. It combines customer service with the newest products for use on and off the court from several brands.
