“Easily the best thrift store I’ve ever been to. Amazing prices but a boutique feel. Lots of quality items. The employees made me feel welcome and were helpful. So glad I stopped by.”
“In addition to the environmental benefit of reuse of materials, this is an excellent place to get inspiration for home projects. Great deals on tools and hardware as well!”
“I love love love this place. Miss Cookie is an angel in human form ! This place is great ! She helped me with a personal matter with my sons school transportation. The place is great, the workers are very helpful and friendly. You will find a lot for a small place. Better than goodwill ! Although I love good will the energy in there is unmatched ! ❤️?”
“I was worried about visiting here. The other reviews were often negative.Went in everybody nice prices were good not sure why everybody was complaining, but it seemed like a nice thrift store to me”
“Cool store. Good if you're looking for some smaller pieces of furniture like coffee tables and chest of drawers. Small section of miscellaneous glass and things. Friendly staff.”
“I frequent this store as it’s convenient to me. The staff is always super friendly, though the store is small, selection minimal, and prices on the higher end. That being said! I’ve found some really cool pieces here, so I recommend checking it out if you’re nearby.”
“my favorite place to thrift! I really like it here and the prices are very fair and you can get a good assortment for an extremely reasonable pricing range. The staff is also very friendly!”
“Love my local Goodwill. As with any resale shop they can be hit or miss, but I have found some of the coolest stuff there. Once I bought about 5-7 pairs of American Eagle jeans in my size in one day, I’ve found some great household stuff there to repurpose, and helped to outfit my daughter’s first apartment with some really great kitchen items that didn’t look like used or hand me down stuff. Nice stainless steel bowls, crocks, ceramic casserole dish, etc. And it’s a great place to go when you need some “retail therapy” but don’t have a lot to spend! If you’re creative and don’t mind the hunt, you can come away with good stuff you couldn’t afford to purchase new. In addition, you’re saving a lot of items from the landfill and doing a good deed for our planet.”
“was here around 2pm. So clean well organized. Great selection. Very Sweet check out girl. We Purchased a wicker floor lamp in incredible condition for $10 so of course I found the Prices to be very fair.”
“Update 2-29-24: Very impressed with how organized this store became since my last time here.Review update: Still very good. I've raised my rating because the rate at which new stock is set out, lately, is better than I've ever seen at any other Goodwill store. I rarely see the same things two visits in a row. The employees really seem to be working hard, and the end cap displays they make always look cute.Original review: Pretty decent Goodwill. Fairly clean, though I have noticed a few items on shelves with cobwebs; not too big a deal. Employees are nice and always working hard.”
“I mainly went to look for decor (I collect bird&waterfowl decor/antiques) &my gram who doesn't drive wanted me to see if they had any bookshelves. They hardly had any furniture or shelving currently...I know usually it sells the day it is donated if they put it out, so I wasn't holding my breath for the bookshelf. However, I did find a very pretty collectors tin w/birds on it and 2 pair of denim. They don't have as much to pick from in the "small" sizes in the denim. The goodwill a few exits north has a bit more. They seemed to have more large sizes donated than smalls at the current time. Hollister &Banana Republic were the 2 I found&chose to buy. The "color of the wk" is blue so I got the Banana Republic pair half off. Very nice staff and seemed very knowledgeable. I also overheard them asking the customers if they needed help with anything while I was shopping. That is always a good thing when your in a store where there is a vast amount of different inventory daily. The quicker you find what you are possibly looking for (if it doesn't find u first) the better for you and the staff. Everyone wants to be on their way (if your the customer)&or get on with their day?. It was a good experience. No long long lines either. Which was a change compared to most stores. They definitely need some donations though (im not speaking for them; its just an educated guess). So if you want to get rid of some stuff they probably need it, so maybe donate it at the Cheswick location?❣”
