“I had a dishwasher under warranty, Unfortunately, the warranty company could not send a technician out and asked me to source my own. This required all kinds of hoops to jump through to ensure I was refunded.
AVAC was able to work with me on what was needed for the warranty. They provided every document that was requested. (Crystal was amazing at this)
The tech was able to come do a diagnosis for the issue within a 48-hrs of the initial call. They only took 30-45 minutes to diagnose the issue and provide a repair quote for me to submit for warranty approval.
While awaiting approval, the price of a part decreased and they reached out with an updated quote reflecting the reduced price. (What other company would've done this? Most would just pocket the difference)
Upon receiving a letter of approval for the repair from the warranty company, the had a tech out the very next day.
