She was extremely warm, reassuring me that everything would be okay. She acquainted me with what the repair process would look like and was able to schedule a window repair appointment for the next day. In the meantime, she asked the service team to wrap my window (for free) to hold me over for the night since the repair wouldn't be until the following day.
