“Old school in the best way! Walked in looking for a few items - was greeted cheerfully, then asked by 3 different skilled workers if they could help in anyway. After purchase, was offered more help if I needed to load into my vehicle. Local hardware stores are going extinct - which is sad. Help keep this one around - SHOP LOCAL!!!! Cheers ? VERN”

“This is one of my favorite stores of all time so on a personal note I'm in a good mood when I walk in here to begin with. Think of Harbor Freight as the "affordable alternative" to that Depot chain some are familiar with. The deals that they have at this store never cease to amaze me and I find that I rarely can walk out of the store without purchasing something that I may or may not even need because I just don't have it. Can you get things here that you can get at other stores? Absolutely. Are you going to be these prices? A snowball's chance in hell is greater than you finding a better deal somewhere else. This, you can take to the BANK, and considering all the savings, you actually WILL!”

“Don’t go to Lowe’s. Don’t go to Amazon. Don’t go to Home Depot. Go here. The people actually know what they’re talking about and will go out of their way to help you. I was trying to get a car key fob copied and the manager spent over half an hour helping me, including sitting in my hot car trying to reprogram my key. While we weren’t successful, the effort she went through was amazing. Support your local hardware stores!”

“This place is great. I admit I often go to Home Depot for plumbing parts because it's closer, but when they don't have what I need, or what they do have is junk, I go to Grove Supply. I'm always surprised that the price is about the same. The parts are always better, and you can often get some advice while you're there. Grove even delivers for a very reasonable price. I wish it was closer to Media, PA.”
“Great place. Very friendly staff, someone greeted me right away, & I found what I needed and then some. It sits in the back of the mall which took me a few to figure out. There should be more signage in the front for that.”
“Hills hardware is more than a hardware store. Leno and Heather create a universal atmosphere. No matter if your a carpenter with 40years experience or a person looking to hang some picture frames in your home. They are quick with the necessary supplies and a helpful tip if you need it; to get the job done proper. You need something not in the store they can get it in on the next shipment. I stop here before anywhere to get my supplies. Feels like home. Most certainly go check them out.”

“Once again we had fantastic service from one of the owners of 10th Street Hardware. This time it was Steve DeShong. He spent a goodly amount of time on Saturday trying to figure out how to fix a broken soap dispenser (purchased elsewhere) we had brought in. Even though he couldn't get it to work (and we ended up buying a new one from his store), we were impressed with his determination to help us. We have been loyal customers of this store for years and value the fantastic advice and help we get from Steve and his partner Troy Usnik.”

“If you are someone like me, you are constantly doing little diy projects around your house and don't need tons of materials. Sometimes the Lowe's and Home Depot's can get extremely overwhelming and often times hard to find help from an employee. I have recently stopped going to Lowe's in Havertown and solely go to DMI on haverford rd! They have anything I could possibly need for the projects around my house. Lumber, paint, hardware, screws and nails, tools, gardening supplies, rental equipment for those larger projects, you name it! They also do chair and table rentals if you are throwing a party and need some extras! It really does feel like a family when you walk in there. There are numerous employees walking around, constantly asking how they can assist and make your experience at DMI better than it already is. From large to small, DMI has all that you could possibly need at a great price. Give it a try next time, I'm sure you will be back!”
“Great local hardware store, with a good selection of paint colors to choose from. I stopped by just for paint, and the employee who helped me was very nice. I appreciated not being overly talked to, and he was quick with getting my paint all mixed together. It's nice to have a store in the neighborhood that's easy to walk to.”

“Convenient to my residence but much too small of a space for the amount of product the store carries, and as a result organization and claustrophobia can often become a problem. Several times it’s taken 5-10 minutes to locate an employee when I’ve had questions or am ready to complete a purchase.”

“The place was organized the store was well lit the staff was fast n helpful. They had what i needed and knew how to locate the item swiftly. The prices where ok. The parking seem to be my only problem. I had to park in a bus only zone and run in and out wich with the stores help I was in and out but there's no parking only on the side streets wich are always packed. All in all the experience here was ok no hassles waits or worries.”
“Was a little nervous heading into Delaware County Supply as a female DIYer and not a contractor. No employees approached me in the store or the yard but I headed to the customer service counter and was pointed in the right direction. One of the lumber yard employees helped me find and price options for my project. Everyone was kind and helpful. I’ve been back a couple times to pick up additional supplies and the staff has even remembered me and asked how everything going. It’s great to have this store as an option other than just the big box stores!”

“can't speak to anything else, but i had a great experience with the locksmith service. i didn't have a key for my back security door, and only had one key for the front security door. the locksmith showed me step-by-step how to remove the cylinders so i could bring them in to be re-keyed to match each other. very helpful and reasonably priced compared to buying new locks or new doors.”
