“Top notch variety of products. Staff was super helpful in troubleshooting the issue with my STIHL chainsaw. Good group of people there! It really means a lot to have top notch and very knowledgeable customers service”
“Rented a 60lb jack hammer, for a weekend concrete removal job. I was helped by polite and very knowledgeable staff. They listened to my needs and recommended the right tool for the job. I was also informed if the most economical way to rent the tool for the maximum time for the minimum cost. Thanks Gap Power”
“Went here to pick up fob and have it programmed. The tech that helped me was courteous, friendly, and helpful. He did all the work while I relaxed on a nice rocking chair. I thanked him and walked out. When I tried the new fob all was well, but when I tried the old fob,it didn't work. I reentered the store and went back to the tech who immediately took the fobs and said give him a minute and he would fix it. Very shortly he came back and explained he should have reprogrammed the old fob after programming a new one. He was very cordial and I left to find all was well on both fobs. The folks that work here are relentless in striving to satisfy each customer they tend to. I really enjoy shopping here because of their attitude. Other businesses could learn from them.”
“No finer store experience ever than a Drennen owned shopping experience. Whether at the original Oxford Grain & Hay or one of their satellite pet retail locations and now multiple Ace Hardware stores, the 5 Star experience is consistent and the same. The standard by which all retailers should be measured. 😊👍”
“Tractor Supply has everything you need and stuff you didn't know you needed. A whole lot more than the name implies. Get clothes , dog toys, truck stuff and grill supplies.”
“I came to this location to purchase rabbit supplies and ended up purchasing 2 ducklings for my son. I had no clue what they needed. The sales associate took the time to walk me around the store and help me find everything I would need for the ducklings. She was so kind and knowledgeable. Then another associate walked me to my car and loaded my trunk with all of my purchases. Super friendly and kind staff. Will definitely be back !”
“The service is great, the selection of tools and materials is by far the best and easy to shop online to have it ready when I get there or delivered to the house.”
“Jocelyn is an exceptional team member who consistently goes above and beyond for customers. This past Saturday, I was looking for a specific item and felt unsure where to find it. Jocelyn noticed my confusion, approached me, and asked if I needed assistance.
She personally walked me to the item I was looking for and made sure I had everything I needed.
Her outstanding customer service and willingness to help truly reflect the values of this store. She makes every visit a positive experience and is a valuable asset to the team.”
