“Kim, at the Parkesburg (Sadsbury) customer service desk today is an asset to your team! She helped us cheerfully, was knowledgeable about our issue and gave us good advice”
“Great customer service! I bought a big toolbox and the girl at the checkout followed me outside and helped me load it, without me asking. I hope we can keep seeing this type of genuinely helpful human interaction in stores in this ‘digital’ era!”

“Im a regular customer at the Parkesburg location and cant say enough about the staff here. Every visit i mean every visit im met with a staff that is always ready and willing to help. From finding a specific item im looking for to checking out. It seems they all have a perpetual smile. Its contagious. I would like to say thank you. In this day and age where youre made to feel like an employee is doing you a favor by helping these people are gracious and warm. Thank you again.”
