“This chair has been a godsend for my back! My small dog & I sit in this chair often but especially if having a painful day. When the controller stopped lighting up, I check all plugged in wires hoping to find a loose plug. When nothing was found that I could remedy, I called the Relax the Back store. A nice young salesman helped me in diagnosing the problem. Then he ordered the controller based on the number & model I have. It came today & was easily plugged in. The chair is back!! My only issue was the 5-6 days it took to arrive.”
