“I can't believe I forgot to write this review after we moved our things into storage last month! I just had to come back and give Angelo the recognition he deserves.
From the minute we walked in, he was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. He took the time to explain everything, answered every question we had, and made sure we felt completely comfortable with the whole process. Moving is stressful enough, but Angelo made this part of it soooooo easy.
You can tell he really cares about helping people and wants to make sure everything goes smoothly. It's not often you come across a customer service person that feels this genuine, and it really stood out to us.

“Very clean and spacious storage unit. The owner was always making the outside look very presentable. Liked how there was always someone there at the desk and that the codes protected the entrances. Stuff was climate controlled and the lights went on as you moved upon the floor. Would definitely use them again if I had to use them again. Great for short term rental while I moved residences.”

The only minor hiccup was the elevators they’re a bit on the slow side but I never had any real issues or delays that caused problems. What really stood out was the top-notch communication; the team kept me updated every step of the way.

“Their movers were FANTASTIC!!! They were very efficient and helpful. Unfortunately, I was moving out 7 years of life, with only a 3 hour time window, in a very hostile environment. They busted their butts to help me get everything out as fast as we could. The environment was extremely toxic (while we all packed up) and they really did help me get through it easier than I would have without them. The way they packed my storage unit was truly a work of art as well! I would recommend them to anybody that would need movers in the future!”

He has even came from behind the desk, multiple times, just to help me park my boat and has helped me get it on my trailer. He is always accommodating and changing spaces has never been a problem.
He also told me about the senior discount, that I didn’t know about and no other employee has ever mentioned to me before. I highly recommend Life Storage.”
