“This place is amazing, clean, and efficient. Staff is kind and the doctors are great. I’ve been here twice now for separate reasons, and my husband has been once. All 3 times we had really positive experiences; we were in and out within an hour or so, and were seen by attentive doctors who actually cared and triaged the situation and underlying cause. “The doctor and PA I saw today were very nice and through. The front desk people though are not very pleasant. Any time I have gone to Stoll Medical I am never greeted with a smile. It's like they hate their job. Front desk people are the first people you see so they should be a little more upbeat and not seem so miserable. The doctors I have seen there have been great thus far, but for Dr. Gupta in Dermatology who I saw many years ago. She and her nurse were so rude and spent about 2 minutes with me before walking out of the office. Dr. Disalva is my primary and she is great I saw Carmielle today and she was very nice as was the allergist
, Dr. Fogg, who squeezed me in right away so I didn't have to come back for another appt. The office is very convenient to get to and I have always been seen in a timely fashion. Referrals are easy to get for outside doctors when I need them for other appointments.”

The woman at the front desk is so sweet and shows a genuine interest in everyone she talks to. She’s a joy to see.
They practice traditional and alternative medicine. The doctors here are knowledgeable, affable, attentive, and are suggestive but not forceful in anyway. It’s also nice to have a doctor praise you for the decisions you make for your child’s health. That was a first for me!

“I've had nothing short of an outstanding experience in every way at CHOP Chestnut Hill. Support is awesome - sick visits are easy to schedule, and well visits are smooth. Admin requests like school forms are taken care of promptly. Our kids are with Dr. Bakken who is incredibly thoughtful, communicative, and even does extra research to address our questions. We've also had sick visits with other docs here who have all been excellent - this office is stacked with great physicians who are both skilled and great communicators. We are really grateful!”

“I've been Dr May's patient for over 20 years she's an exeptionally amazing Doctor, & PCP. The staff have always been great. There was 1 young lady that drew blood when that service was available whom was challenging. She wasn't with the practice very long. There aren't many physicians who give the ear, care & consideration that I receive from Dr May. Way to go Dr May, see you next year my forever PCP!?”
“I transferred to mt airy practice in the fall. I have been to the of a few times and each time had a great experience. I am seeing Dr O and he is the best primary doctor I have had in my almost 60 years. Knowledgeable and very patient. Cares about me and asks numerous follow up questions.

“I have just spent about 15 minutes or more on the phone trying to find a new PCP. The scheduler on the phone (I think her name was Andrea or Adrian) was professional, super nice, patient and very helpful. She helped me pick a PCP that was accepting new patients and one that wasn't book out until next year. Thanks for your assistance.”
“Dr.Joanna S Kusmirek is a great doctor I will tell my family and friends about her she help my mom when the other doctors office didn't. Only one thing I didn't like about the office is the the nurse that took my mom to the room was very nasty and walk out the room on us they need to teach her how to talk to people and not have a attitude people are coming there because they're sick and the last thing they need is a nasty nurse making the patient feel worst with her nasty disposition.”
“I went in twice in the past month. One for an IUD placement with Dr Booher and Natalie and one for a Colposcopy with Dr Davis and Evy. The doctors are great! Talked me through both procedures and calmed my fears along the way. The medical assistants were both amazing and attentive. I appreciate the patience and understanding I received from all of these women. My wait time has never been too long and everyone including front desk and the team had been respectful and polite.”
“I waited a long time for my physical appointment. I was verbal about how far out I had to schedule. My Dr was not available and had to schedule 3 months out.This has also been a problem with med follow-ups and sick visits. The date came and we had a snow storm. I had to cancel and had to wait again with another doctor. Yesterday I had my appointment with
Aarisha Shrestha, DO. She was absolutely wonderful! She was thorough, professional. and listened to my concerns. I will see her again! 👍🏻 Restored my faith in Ambler medical !”

“Sometimes it’s difficult to get someone on the phone, but it’s worth the wait. I’ve been coming here for over 5 years and have seen many of the doctors; I have no complaints. Dr. Litman was my first PCP here - Dr. Ibrahem took over when he left. Unfortunately for me, she left after completing her residency so I was unsure if I wanted to continue coming back to establish relationships with doctors just for them to keep leaving. But I’m glad I decided to stay because Dr. Quader is phenomenal and I highly recommend seeing her. She listens, she cares, and she will do whatever she possibly can to help. Also, Stephanie is incredible at getting prior authorizations handled and making sure patients have access to the medications they need.I’ll take the long wait time on the phone any day of the week before I venture elsewhere. They’re busy because they’re good at what they do.”

I would not recommend talking to scheduling when making an appt. Make sure you get transferred to the office scheduling. You are wasting your time if you don't”

“Our 5 year old grandson fell off his bike and hit his elbow. It was swollen enough to get it checked out so we went to the AFC Conshohocken urgent care. It quite literally could not have possibly gone any smoother. Check in, vitals, physical exam, x-rays, radiologist reading, and report back to us took less than 35 minutes in total. Highly recommend! Joanne and Dawn are fabulous!!”
