“Almost always have a good experience here, friendly and efficient service. Last time I came in the shorter guy was kind of rude. First time seeing him, maybe just having a bad day who knows. Hope to continue having good experiences here, the regular guys are awesome!”

“The customer service is impeccable!!! It feels so good to go somewhere for a service and actually receive quality service from awesome people! They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products and services offered! Theresa C. (The Manager) is absolutely great at her role. She jumps right in when she hears a problem or concern and handles it! She backs her staff and follows through on what she says! I've gotten spoiled going there! My packages were getting delivered across the street to an apartment building when they clearly were addressed to the UPS STORE. She actually took the time to retrieve them. She explained she would look into it and she did! I've seen nothing but Team Work when I've gone and that is something to be valued! One Band One Sound! Thank you all for a job well done!”

“Dan at UPS in Newtown Square is the absolute best! He is always so kind, helpful, efficient, and makes shipping out packages such an easy process! He also is the best person to go to for anything that needs to be notarized! He pays close attention to detail while looking over your forms! I am a frequent customer because of his customer service and care.”

“I was returning a package and had a USPS label on my phone but no printer. The company wouldn't send me a QR code. USPS couldn't help me but said UPS could. They couldn't print the label either but the employee told me I could email it to them and he could print a UPS label. Thing was, I didn't know how to email! The employee helped me with that too. I was in a real pickle and didn't know what to do but they solved my problem easily! They were terrific!”

“5 Stars – Exceptional Service & True Problem Solvers! About three years ago, our clinic needed to ship a large, critical piece of medical equipment out of state. I visited four other UPS stores first, but every single one turned us down, claiming the equipment was too large to ship through them, or quoting an outrageously high price. As a last place, I brought it to this UPS Store, and they were an absolute lifesaver. They took a look at our equipment and found a way to ship it at a very fair and reasonable price. On top of that, they packaged it themselves with extreme care to ensure it wouldn't get damaged in transit. Thanks to their outstanding service, an important issue for our clinic was resolved smoothly. Ever since that day, this is the only UPS Store I use. Highly recommended”

1735 Market St Ste 125, Philadelphia PA 19103
“The young woman working there with the bandana was incredible. There was a customer being rude to her, the phone was ringing off the hook, and people were lining up, yet she remained kind, professional, and friendly the entire time. She was working completely by herself, which made her even more impressive. I have no patience for people who are rude to someone who is clearly working hard and doing their best. GIVE HER A RAISE, she absolutely deserves it! She was working on June 8, 2026, around 6:30 PM. (Felt bad bothering her for her name)”

Also the location is perfect and accessible by transportation for my patients.”

“I recommend this facility - and its staff - very highly. Over the past year, I have been working with someone who had two storage units at this facility. The location on the edge of Center City is easily accessible AND (I wish that I had known this, the first few times that I was there) they allow parking in the loading dock while unloading/loading AND during the time that one is accessing one's unit(s). Pricing is very reasonable/competitive at these below-ground units. The elevator is quite large and several flatbed trucks are available. This facility is open 7 days a week, but it is not open in the evenings. In addition to selling boxes and bubble wrap, this facility offers FedEx shipping, which is very handy. But one of the greatest pluses is the staff. Everyone there was extremely helpful and friendly, as well as professional. It was a pleasure to deal with every member of the staff.”
