“The person on staff when I went was super helpful with me getting pictures of the item boxed and sealed which I needed to send to the recipient. Not only that they were at the same time processing several other customers in an unexpected early morning rush.
I personally think management should make sure if this happens a lot that there’s two people on site. The staff member there handled all of us with professionalism and grace. Totally appreciate you.”

It would have taken Staples 2-3 days (!!) and I only learned this AFTER waiting in line for 20 minutes! Next time I’ll come to the UPS Store first - quicker, friendlier, and much less stress:)”
