“Store is good with reasonably priced items. It is clean and neat, and the staff are friendly. I am giving 4 stars only due to my experience with returns, as this store is not as good as Costco when it comes to the return process and they create a lot of trouble. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this store as I have been using it for the past several years.”
“Good place if you don't need many items or have a membership to a warehouse club. In comparison their prices are higher than that at warehouse clubs for similar items. It be fair, they are a small mom & pop shop. I will be supporting them again in the future.”

“Always have a great experience in the Optical department. Lots of options to choose from. They have really good sunglasses as well. Pricing is very reasonable on the frames and lenses. They accept most of the insurances. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The glasses come in quickly as well. All in all a great experience. Highly recommend to anyone with a Costco membership that needs a new pair of glasses”

“Chris was so amazing at the tire center! Very friendly and did a great job replacing a tire. We had spoken with him on the phone after getting a flat on the highway and he thoroughly helped us through the tough situation. Once we got to the tire center he worked quickly in getting us back on the road. Chris is a great reflection of BJs customer service!”
