“I broke the screen on my phone. When we went in Chris was extremely helpful and looked for the best deal for me to get a new phone. He was patient and respectful s well as fun to work with. The process took longer than expected (through no fault of Chris) and he kept apologizing for the wait and thanking me for my patience. He even gave me a bottle of water! He kept me posted on the process throughout. The other man there, Brian, was great as well.”

“I had a modem go bad and when I got there they had it waiting for me. I wasn't familiar with Palmerton and was cutting it close to their closing time. They waited a few minutes after even to make sure I got the modem! Had an excellent experience!”
“What can I say but this store looks to be on the up and up as my wife and I made the mistake of switching to a competitor and were desperate to come back after 8 months. We came in there asking all kinds of questions and they had a couple options. We even asked about home internet and Anna and Louis both had lots of information to help us make the best decision for our unique situation. Anna stayed late the next day to get our phones ported and if all goes well I will post a follow up when our reimbursement comes in and first couple bill cycles. Some hoops to jump through, but it all seems worth it.”
