“I’m assuming based of previous complaints that the lady who works here now has changed since she’s always very polite and helpful. Yeah they or she takes a hour for lunch I assume but why is this a issue? Is she supposed to stuff her face while waiting on customers? It’s the law that she takes at least a 30 min lunch anyways so give her a break. Imagine if it was you working there by yourself. It’s a small post office and NO MAIL GOES OUTTA THERE if you’re wondering. That’s the office on Thorn Run Rd I think for Coraopolis.”

“I found this place through Google Maps. I was visiting friends and needed to send some things back to my home before I flew back. My friends didn't know this place existed. I think they are happy that I discovered it as they will likely be using it as needed.
Very friendly staff, and they definitely know what they're doing. They make it a very simple process, I walked in with my package, they fixed what I had done so it was more secure, affixed the label and VOILA it was on its way. We were in and out in a few minutes.
I don't think it was related to Pack N Ship but my delivery made it a little bit earlier than anticipated.
I know where I'm going next time I visit my friends when I need something delivered back to my home. I'm pretty sure they know where they will go when they need this type of service as well. ??? Three thumbs up.”

“This store in Pittsburgh is near and tidy. That’s important because as an older person I dint want to trip over cardboard boxes etc. the manager came over, was very nice, answered my questions and got me everything I needed. I appreciated their customer service. The woman at the checkout was cheerful and had a big smile. It’s nice to be greeted by people that aren’t too busy to offer me help finding what I came in to purchase.”

“I am not sure who helped me today but he was very tall and made sure that I understood how to mail eBay packages. I wasn’t really paying attention because he was attractive and it made me nervous but I think they are all going to the right place and if not I still think 5 stars is appropriate. Also the facility is extremely cold. More places should be 64°F”
