“This message pertains to the staff in Baldwin. Last week I asked Smiley to check a sink spray nossel that had a small leak. He immediately got the equipment he needed and came to fix the problem. Knowing that you have friendly and dedicated people when you need help is a blessing. The entire staff has proven that they will go beyond expectations to do a to do an excellent job.

And, of the companies who allow pets, the buildings do not have an odor! If you are looking to rent in Pittsburgh, look up Union Real Estate! Their rates are comparable and their properties well cared for and the company cares for the well bring of their tenants!”

“Rutledge Hall was one of my favorite apartments I've lived in while living in PA. McQuarters Realty upkeeps and takes really good care of it. Maintenance was quick even with small things like a broken blind. The building is smaller but I had parking, laundry, and super quick maintenance.
Sad to say I will miss this apartment and thank you to McQuarters Realty for being such an understanding and compassionate realty company. Rutledge Hall is a great property of theirs.”
“I really love living at Walnut on Highland! The location is right in the heart of everything. Within a few minutes’ walk, you’ve got 5 grocery stores (including Whole Foods and Giant Eagle) and tons of must-try restaurants (such as my favorites, 5801, Noodlehead, Mola...). Bus 71B stops right downstairs and takes you straight to CMU or Pitts campus and downtown.
The apartment itself is a great value for the price. Tons of amenities: a well-equipped gym, study rooms, coffee machine, meeting spaces, and even a rooftop terrace (I often drink there). It really makes everyday living comfortable!”
“Living at The Reserve at Southpointe was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish! We lived here for 3 years, and from day one, it felt like home. The apartment was modern, clean, and spacious, with thoughtful layouts and high-quality finishes. The community itself is quiet, safe, and beautifully maintained—perfect for anyone who values both peace and convenience.
The amenities were honestly my favorite part! The pool area is beautiful and spacious, with grills and fun extras like ping pong and foosball—sunsets there are absolutely stunning. There’s also cornhole, a fully equipped indoor and outdoor gym, a cute playground, and even a mini putting green. The big and small dog parks were a hit, and there are so many great spots for walking or running both around the complex and in nearby Southpointe and the local trails. The clubhouse also has a movie theater and other awesome features!
We added a garage during our time there, and it was super easy—we got one right in front of our door and loved the convenience.
The staff were always friendly, professional, and quick to help with any maintenance or questions. The leasing office team really cares about the residents and it shows—they’re always planning fun community events, and we loved when food trucks would come by!
The location is fantastic—close to everything you need like shopping and restaurants, but still tucked away enough to feel calm and private.
I would absolutely recommend The Reserve at Southpointe to anyone looking for a new place to live. It was a great chapter in our lives, and I’m so thankful for the memories made here. If we hadn’t moved out of state, we would’ve stayed forever!”
“I’m in my 5th year of living at Lakemont and am very happy here. The apartments are spacious, and I never have had an issue when requesting maintenance. It’s a very quiet community since it’s located on a dead end street. Great location too. . .close to shopping, several restaurants and the interstate. Another plus is friendly tenants!”
“Valleyfeild Apartments is a wonderful place to call home. Each apartment has its own front porch and is very peaceful. Parking is superb as well. The grounds are well maintained and provide ample space for enjoying the outdoors and/or walking your dog, all within the property. The office is quick to respond for requests and provides a peace of mind in knowing anything out of your liking will be remedied with swift kind responses. Getting mail and packages is very easy and accommodating as well. And the location! Central and close to just about everything in Pittsburgh. I would highly recommend Valleyfeild to any person or family looking for spacious, clean, and affordable living.”
“I really love the apartment in this community I have, as well as the community itself. Everyone here is so lovely and kind, especially Amanda and Bob. The community is decently sized and is great for taking daily walks. All the neighbors are friendly with one another and the landlord is quick to reply with any issues that you have!”

“I studied in Pittsburgh for two years, I’ve scheduled 20+ apartment tours around Pittsburgh Shadyside and north Oakland area, and this is the perfect apartment for me. It has high ceilings, wood floors, an abundance of natural light, and a huge space. Most importantly, the bathroom has windows, which prevents it from getting moldy. I saw other reviews mentioning rat issues, but I haven't seen any in my two years here.
Additionally, I really appreciate the maintenance staff. They are very responsive and helpful, always coming to fix problems within one or two days after I file a ticket.
On the other hand, whenever I schedule the freight elevator, the staff helps me a lot. They provide many tools to help me move my furniture onto the truck.
Lastly, thank you all the staffs for taking care of this apartment. This is the best apartment I’ve ever lived in!”
