“I bought a 4pk under cabinet lights. When I got home 2 were unwrapped and 2 were wrapped. The 2 that were wrapped worked. I cam back and got a manager by the name by of Casey. She was so kind and she looked thru a zillion lights and we determined the last one and they were discontinued. She went above and beyond and called another that had one and said she would them up at the store tonight and call me tomorrow. What a great representative for Lowe’s. Casey is the best.”

“I was looking for a well pump a specific drummond 1hp and the store attendant over on McKnight rd in Pittsburgh sent me here saying they had plenty in stock. After hours of driving they didn't have it. But I spoke with Brad and Eric the store managers helped me and my father tremendously. They called a different store to make sure they had the well pump in stock at Monaca. Brad and Eric are a great asset to your company. They were very helpful and went above for me and my father”
