I met with Michael and he helped me so much and gave us a great price on everything we bought. Answered all my questions; even ones I didn’t know to ask. Ten out of ten for sure.”

“Pretty regular type of cricket store. Not too busy, it was afternoon, and for my issue they were able to provide advice and resolution. So cannot complain. Parking lot gets a little full but people don't stay there long so that's a plus.”

“I went with my mom, and she initially had some issues, but it resolved itself. The service still needs to be more aware of personal information on shared accounts. Hopefully, my mom can get everything settled correctly eventually, but we think it may take jumping through some unnecessary hoops. Update: She got help and they sent her a newer device; they also changed the number for her since she was getting 20-50 spam calls a day. It turned out ok in the end for her.”

“Customer service is top notch.
I wanted to start service with Boost, however, if you call Boost, or use the Boost website, it requires a card (credit/debit) to get cell service. This is not a problem for most, since this is a card world, but I only use cash.
So i came in person to the Boost store in Downtown Wilkes-Barre, and met the worker name Francis (i think). He was super helpful and polite and outgoing. I got service set up very quickly.
The only thing to note is that starting service in person at a Boost store is the most expensive option by a long shot, even for the same exact plans that you get over the phone or online. But that's probably just policy.
But overall, excellent service.
Also, some other days, it's a lady that works there. There was a little dilemma I had relating to the Boost gift card, and unfortunately, it couldn't get resolved in person, nor over the phone, but to be fair, it was a very weird problem lol. Even though she couldn't help me with it, she was still super outgoing just like Francis.
They really are nice people. lol Definitely recommend.”
