“Steve and his team (Shannon and Beth both) provide a really high level of customer service, including a really quick response time if anything is needed. I've unfortunately had a few claims needed with our State Farm insurance, and the company itself has always helped resolve our claims quickly and fairly. So I wouldn't hesitate to recommend working with this Agent.”

“Simon and his team are such an excellent group to work with during the past 5 years. I always receive timely responses and great communication on any auto or home insurance issues. For example, I had a car deer accident one night. The claim filing and repair process were simple and easy. My car was fixed and I just paid the deductible part. The fabulous service and the following stable insurance fee convinced me that Simon’s group is the best and I will not transfer to other insurance company anymore (I did transfer from one company to other every half-year or a year before I met Simon’s team). In fact, my current insurance fees are comparable to those five years ago when Simon sent me the 1st quote. Although they are slightly increased, the prices are fair/acceptable. I will continue to get Simon’s help, thanks!”

“Wonderful service, highly recommend! I recently moved and was looking for a home & auto insurance agent near me. This place had great reviews on google so I thought I'd stop by for a quote and see what they're like. The receptionist was very friendly, she greeted me right away and took down my information. Brian, the agent I spoke with, was very professional and knowledgeable about the policies I was inquiring about. If there was anything that I wasn't clear about, he would always clarify and explain them to me, as there were a couple things my old insurance did not have but State Farm offered. I was able to get great rates with better coverage for both my home and my car. Thank you so much, much appreciated!”

“I cannot say enough about the people here at this agency. We have been with them more than 20 years and over those years. They consistently get great people who are personable and down to earth. When we have had a claim, they have been supportive and have gone to bat for us. Because they are independent agents. They can shop our coverage and look for an insurer that gives us both quality coverage and a fair price. I am the third generation of my family to use this agency. And I can't tell you how smart you would be to make them your agency”

“I was going to just send a thank you; however, I felt that I should do something more so that more people knew. I was involved in an accident on the interstate a few days ago. It was terrifying as well upsetting due to everything that needs to happen after the fact. I called Jana and was very upset. She was not only soothing and kind, she was empathetic towards my situation and my emotions. She listened to the entire story and then directed me to claims. She could have easily said that I didn't have to fill her in... that I could have just called claims, but she didn't. She was kind and helpful when I needed it the most. Thank you, Jana!”

“David is nothing short of a 5 star. David will never leave you scratching your head with questions especially when a claim is involved. Seriously, Allstate is one the top insurers out there so don’t settle for less. Additionally, Mr Monroe is not a fly by night agent, he knows insurance in and out and will always be there for your needs. One last thing…. Allstate is by far one of the fastest insurer’s to make settlement on a claim. YOU ARE IN GOOD HANDS? Thanks David”
