“Simon and his team are such an excellent group to work with during the past 5 years. I always receive timely responses and great communication on any auto or home insurance issues. For example, I had a car deer accident one night. The claim filing and repair process were simple and easy. My car was fixed and I just paid the deductible part. The fabulous service and the following stable insurance fee convinced me that Simon’s group is the best and I will not transfer to other insurance company anymore (I did transfer from one company to other every half-year or a year before I met Simon’s team). In fact, my current insurance fees are comparable to those five years ago when Simon sent me the 1st quote. Although they are slightly increased, the prices are fair/acceptable.
