“We blew a tire on the interstate on our converted shuttle bus. It was an inside rear so we were able to get off the road to a safe place. We ordered new tires online. They arrived about 3pm. We had pulled the 2 tires off the right side so when the new tires arrived, we were able to load 1 old & 1 new tire in our towed. We drove about 2 miles to McCarthy. They close at 4, so we were pressed for time but they started to dismount & mount those tires while we went back to get the other 1 old & 1 new. They were quick, professional & reasonably priced for the service”

“We flew up to Harrisburg PA from AL in hopes that we’d be driving home a truck. My husband had been communicating with Eric at Zimmerman’s Auto about our plan. Eric went out of his way to pick us up at our hotel and once at the dealership the truck was everything we were told it was. After dealing with 2 previous car dealerships in the last couple years I had lost respect for the “salesmen” because we were lied to and tried to be charged ridiculous fees but I have great respect for Eric and Zimmerman’s for doing exactly what they said they’d do. No hidden charges or pressuring us for extras. We are extremely satisfied with the service and our purchase! Great people to work with!”

“Repeat customer here, Rich and his team at Mavis installed new wheels on my Gladiator on this visit. They confirmed my tire pressure and installed new valve stems. They drove it to reset the tire sensors, and advised me to stop by tomorrow to check the torque on them. Great Job!”

“Convenient location to shop and get gas. I have never waited longer than 5 minutes to get gas. I am even able to drive right up to a pump every now and then. The store itself is clean with plenty of associates to assist when needed. I go weekly for my salad ingredients and fruit. Great pricing on avocados, which are expensive in grocery stores. I often find surprise items from protein shakes to clothing. I appreciate the ready-made items as well. Had to host a last minute get together and used all Sam's Club items. It's less expensive than catering from a restaurant. I purchased my membership through a Groupon promotion. So I got a great deal.”

“Took in a newly purchased but used Carvana car, and I am having Pep Boys work with me to identify things while it's still in its seven-day return policy. They are being extremely helpful and super diligent, staying up with and on Silver Rock, the insurance company that comes with a Carvana car. Have been going there for three years and each time it's been excellent service from the moment you enter at the front desk to the moment they hand you back your keys they keep you well informed on what's needed what's been done and what the cost will be.”
