“Metal pierced our tire while driving down I81 on our way to visit family for Thanksgiving. This place was our closest option and we are so thankful we found them! “We flew up to Harrisburg PA from AL in hopes that we’d be driving home a truck. My husband had been communicating with Eric at Zimmerman’s Auto about our plan. Eric went out of his way to pick us up at our hotel and once at the dealership the truck was everything we were told it was. After dealing with 2 previous car dealerships in the last couple years I had lost respect for the “salesmen” because we were lied to and tried to be charged ridiculous fees but I have great respect for Eric and Zimmerman’s for doing exactly what they said they’d do. No hidden charges or pressuring us for extras. We are extremely satisfied with the service and our purchase! Great people to work with!”

“Stopped yesterday evening due to a slow leak in my tire and was told they could get it in about an hour to 2 hours. that was amazing, Jesse was so polite and helpful he kept me updated on what was happening due to they were extremely busy but were willing to add one more on there workload. would recommend NTB to anyone looking for a great group of people who are working for the people not just themselves.”

“Convenient location to shop and get gas. I have never waited longer than 5 minutes to get gas. I am even able to drive right up to a pump every now and then. The store itself is clean with plenty of associates to assist when needed. I go weekly for my salad ingredients and fruit. Great pricing on avocados, which are expensive in grocery stores. I often find surprise items from protein shakes to clothing. I appreciate the ready-made items as well. Had to host a last minute get together and used all Sam's Club items. It's less expensive than catering from a restaurant. I purchased my membership through a Groupon promotion. So I got a great deal.”

“I needed my ford Escape inspected and it needed some work done. I took it to Firestone on the Carlisle Pike and Brian was so helpful. He explained everything that needed done, and how to get a discount by applying for the Firestone credit card etc. My SUV needed to stay over night for the parts to come in and was called when it was finished.
