We had some custom parts designed that saved us over 60% over what we were paying through our distributors. While on site we were provided a tour of the facility and while impressed with the state of the art manufacturing we were just as impressed with the interactions we witnessed between all of the employees. “Was only in here for a brief moment as I knew what I needed and was on a mission, however I had a good experience. The store was clean and organized. I didn't have any interactions with employees, but saw them interacting with other customers and it seemed to be going well. I used the self checkout and the process was painless.”

4 stars just because no registers were open. Only self check out it was a Thursday evening. However, there was plenty of staff. A nice associate rang me up at the return desk. I personally am not a fan of self check out.”
“Honestly, I had a pretty poor experience here when a truck rental reservation was cancelled by the store last minute. Customer service desk was not particularly helpful. However, Sean (a manager of some sort) worked his hardest to find us a suitable resolution. He went above and beyond in calling other stores to get us a truck rental. Good service and commitment to your work deserves to be appreciated.”
