“My family and I went to the North Versailles AT&T store on 10/14/23. We have been with Verizon for 20 years. My husband and I had iPhone 7s and my son an 11. Verizon was no help to us even though we have been their customers for so many years. My husband had called AT&T and spoke with someone. We decided to just go to the store and see if we can get a better deal with a different carrier. We met Christian. He was very kind and very helpful. He figured out the best deal he could for us and took his time helping us and answering any questions we had. He was even able to get us a discount through the type of occupation I had. We left there with three new phones, 2 iPhon e 14 pro max, and 1 iPhone 14. I suggest if you are looking to switch phone carriers to go with AT&T and to go to their store in North Versailles. Wish it didn't take a bad review to get a resolution (I asked inside for a way to avoid the fee and the rep from customer service hung up on me when I asked but they're not the store.)Original review: I was charged a bogus $50 "activation fee" just to move my SIM card from one phone to another. I explained that I've never had to pay one and that $50 is way too high to move a sim, they told me it used to be $25 but they raised it. Doubling a fee isn't normal inflation. I later discovered that I've never paid it because it's FREE online. I thought my sim was malfunctioning which was why I went in.Her system was down so I had to patiently wait FOREVER just to have her do something I could have done myself FOR FREE in minutes. She could have said hey so you don't have to wait here an hour, your sim is fine and you can just go online and activate it for free. But no she had me sit there forever, did not inform me of the fee ahead of time, and then sprung it on me right at the end.If you want to get ripped off by a store with a broken system, sign up here. $50 to waste your time.”

“Cricket in North Versailles has such great staff! My experience was beyond amazing! I was taken care of by Joshua D.I rushed in 3-5 minutes before closing time because I had broken my phone and needed a new one asap. Even though we were cutting it close, Joshua STILL tended to me when he could’ve easily refused service. Joshua was extremely helpful and kind, he got me set up with my new phone in no time! We were having some trouble accessing my cricket account but Joshua made sure that I was able to open up a new account! He was so patient during the entire process which made me feel very comfortable :)Hopefully he gets to see this so that he knows how grateful I am for his patience & understanding ?”

“I won a free computer by participating in their lottery and when I went to pick it up, there were signs that led me where I needed to go. Also google maps. It's kind of tucked away but it's not hard to miss if you look out for the signs. I received a computer, keyboard, mouse with all of their cords as well as a how to set it up paper with everything in amazing condition. The two men there were very kind and welcoming and helpful. I have to make a day to go volunteer which you can also do on their website.”

The technician took me in right away and he showed me the circuits and explained the issue.From the manufacturer the power supply was never designed for such a load. He installed an upgraded power supply and as of today it is my oldest and best sounding TV today. I will be visiting the shop soon. I have a 50" Vizio that just died.Service: TV repair”
