“For anyone who likes their vehicles looking great Cavallo is a hidden gem. Not only did they do a great job repairing the damage to my truck but they did one hell of a job at detailing the inside of it too. Their work is great but what I really liked about them is that they kept you in the loop on how far along they are on your vehicle. They’re top notch. I couldn’t have asked for better. “I recently took my 2022 F-150 Lightning to Badell’s, and I can honestly say the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Finding an EV-certified shop is not easy, and unlike Caliber Collision—who isn’t EV certified—Badell’s had the proper training, tools, and knowledge to handle my Lightning the right way.
They got me into a rental immediately, the entire process was smooth, and the pricing was surprisingly affordable. Not only did they repair my truck perfectly, but I also received way more service, communication, and care than I expected. “Walking in I was greeted and treated with the upmost respect possible from twin and a woman I forgot her name but she was really really nice he gave me a solid great deal on fixing and painting my car and wasn’t pushy on me getting the work done there He showed me around his body shop and I was amazed with his work this is a great place for all body/collision and painting. My vehicle was rear ended and pushed in bad I tried to spray paint it and they were able to fix my mistake thank you but when others said it wasn’t worth it they made it worth it I recommended this place for every one. “I wish there were 10 Stars to rate this Company - that's how good they are! I found 3D accidentally; they are located next to the medical building where I see both a doctor and a physical therapist. Needing some body work on my vehicle, I stopped in after my PT one day. My intention was to make an appointment for a repair estimate; however, that day I had the good fortune to meet 3D's Rob Mestichelli, 3D Customer Service Rep who was manning the office. Rather than make me return another time for the estimate, he finished what he was doing, and proceeded to help me. Not only did he help with me the estimate, but also with navigating the claims process with my insurance company and securing a rental with Enterprise, located directly across the street. The very next day I had an appt. for my vehicle's repairs to begin - thanks in large part to Rob's courteousness, knowledge, customer service skills, and assistance above and beyond! He truly is a consummate professional.
During the four days my car was in the shop I received daily updates on repair progress - either by phone or by text message. The day before the work was to be completed, I received an automated text informing me that the work was over 50% complete, and that it would be ready for pick up the next business day, as promised. The level of communication between 3D and its customers is exceptional.
When I arrived to pick up my car the next afternoon, it was sitting in front of the shop - looking as good as the day I drove off the dealer's lot when I purchased the car two years prior. I could not have been more pleased with the attention to detail which Rob and his crew provided while my vehicle was at 3D. It was clear as day that they wanted to ensure that I would be a happy customer when the work was complete.
I read a couple of the almost non-existent negative reviews here on Google, and I am truly baffled by the claims they make. It is no wonder that the 5 star reviews far, far, far outweigh the others. If you are looking for a reputable Collision Center whose reputation and work are beyond reproach, look no further than 3D; you won't be disappointed, Their work is outstanding.

“Degovanni did a great job repairing my car after an unfortunate passenger door collision with plowed ice on the side of the road. They were able to get my car in for an estimate quickly and bring it in for repairs soon. They communicated well and did a great job. The doors that has been dented and ripped through look good as new (the ice that caused it was like the iceberg that took out the Titanic).
I also appreciate how well they worked with the nearby Enterprise rental place. They called Enterprise to come pick me up and bring me to the rental office when I dropped off my car. When my car was ready I was able to just leave it at DeGovanni for Enterprise to come get later. Very easy!”

Additionally, they deduced $198.00 from the price as they did not have to repair the undercarriage. I am now keeping my car rather than purchase a new sedan. “We had gotten a dent in the driver side fender a few years ago on our SUV, and roughly 2 months ago, that door stopped opening all the way. We only needed to be able to open the car door, and they listened to me, not trying to upset like other Body Shops did. They were able to get me in quickly to do the small job, and charged a very reasonable rate. I will absolutely return to them if we ever have any future body work for our cars, and we will be recommending them to all our friends and family.
