“Rob at Ardmore Computer was skilled, professional and innovative! My desktop died - I took it in thinking I had hard disk crash, but Rob diagnosed a power supply failure. He got my old desktop up and running and suggested a new solid state drive to replace my old slow ancient hard drive. This was a terrific low cost solution that solved a raft of old problems and got all my old data restored.”

“I recently had an incredible experience with MetaTechnical. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism and a genuine willingness to help from their staff, especially a tech named Dan. Dan was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly patient, taking the time to understand exactly what I needed from my computer build. He provided clear explanations for each component's benefits and helped me make informed decisions without ever feeling pressured. The build process was smooth, and Dan kept me updated at every step, ensuring that my computer was tailored perfectly to my needs. What truly sets MetaTechnical apart, however, is their after-service support. Months after my computer was built, I encountered a minor issue. I reached out to Dan, and he was immediately on the case. His dedication to ensuring my computer continued to run flawlessly was evident. He provided quick, effective solutions, and his follow-up to ensure everything was running smoothly was something you rarely see in service today.”
