“Had problems at other Wells Fargo Banks but never this one. Everyone is nice and courteous. Feels more like seeing smiling neighbors rather than just grumpy bank tellers. Go in and ask for Stephanie she'll handle whatever you need for sure! She's always on point!”

Went in this morning with a card issue, Chelsea handled it with ease. Zero stress. And she even alerted me to another issue I had on a separate account. Truly awesome customer service. And the thing I appreciate most is that they are not helpful because I have big bucks in my account. Believe me they're accommodating, and so pleasant to talk to.
