“On a recent ”Girl’s Shopping Day” we stumbled onto this PHENOMENAL consignment store! What a find; it was absolutely darling!!! ????There was a wide variety of items; clothes, accessories, handbags, shoes, etc…and all of it was so well curated. It’s easy to see Leah puts a lot of thought into her stock. She manages to have great selection of styles and prices while keeping things from getting overcrowded and packed to the gills. (Great sales racks absolutely demanded our perusal!!) And the space itself is full of charming decor and really thoughtful details. (Just wait till you see the changing room!!?) We had a great time and you will too!! Check this place out!!”
“Today was my first time in this store. The worker that was there was very nice. She worked with me to get the shoe that would work with my insole in my shoe. I was looking at clearance shoes but none were in my size. She gave a discount at check out to help me out. I appreciate the time she took to help me today. It is very much appreciated.”

“Can always find some great deals at Boscovs! They have something for everyone, & any occasion! Associate in jewelry was extremely nice & helpful. Cosmetics were little less. Misses associates were also extremely friendly & helpful. I don't get to Scranton store that often, & the assistance in navigating departments was appreciated. Shop Wilkes-Barre store most of time, & everyone is friendly & helpful.”

“My insurance paid the entire bill without any co-pay. If you need shoes for diabetic reasons or any handicap reasons this is the place to go. Have your doctor write a prescription for the shoes, no appointment necessary to go for a fitting. Insurance will pay for one pair of shoes every year. Have happy feet!”

“Really adorable shop in an odd, building with a hodgepodge of businesses. Lol. I found it because of a Scranton guide, and it looked liked my style of store. For a small store, the space was used well and easy to browse. The clothes ranged from the safe side to trendy/edgy. Loved the purses and accessories they had. Lots of recognizable brands overall. The store was bright and pretty! Definitely a place I would stop in if I ever returned to Scranton.”

“I recently visited the Carters location in Moosic, PA to purchase clothes for my toddler while traveling. We are residents in Miami, FL and I must just say the customer service between both stores is like night and day. The store I visit in Miami has tables held up by receipt rolls and staff that is anything but helpful, unfortunately we expect that here. When I stopped at the location in Moosic, PA I was instantly greeted! I couldn't believe they said hello to me and not in robotic spewing off the phrase of the day style .. a generous "Welcome to Carters Oshkosh are you looking for anything in particular?" I browsed around, found an adorable sleeper but couldn't find it in 24 months, the employees could easily tell I was struggling looking for an item and the manager, Laura, approached me and helped me find my size. It might seem silly to some to let that be an experience that sticks with you, but for me it made my shopping that much more enjoyable and excited I ventured out rather than the typical online shopping I'd normally do. “I'm leaving a review regarding one of the attendants in the store. I didn't catch her name but that women went above and beyond to help me. I always loved LOFT for business casual or causal but neat clothing. I had gotten a hot drink at the drive-thru near this store, which spilled all over my pants and burned my legs. I ran into the store, told her what happened, she brought me right back to the dressing room, got me 3 pairs of pants to try on and I was able to pick one out, and walk out 10 minutes later freshly dressed. Thank you sweet helpful girl! She was sooo nice.”
“I called ahead and with a little navigation of the automated system ultimately the wonderful human being answering the phone politely answered all of my questions they had exactly what I needed with a a positive and unexpected variety and even gift wrapping my purchase beautifully and in a timely fashion. That particular store gets five stars but Macy's as a whole is still at 4 due to the unsatisfactory problems surrounding their credit card”
“I hv been goin there for a few years now and I went in the first time by accident just to waste time and now I hv myself my mom and friends goin we love the name brands the prices and when there is a clearance sale it's even better we go there several times a year and staff are always friendly and helpful never had a prob”

“My go to for my uniforms. I did order something and put a $20 deposit down that I needed to cancel due to color. I was told that I had store credit toward my next purchase and it would be kept in the drawer for my later purchase. I went back and it was no longer there. Oh well. Still love the place!”
“Average store for used clothes. They have some good stuff. However, don’t go on weekends if you’re bringing in clothes. They don’t take much on the weekends. Brought in a bin with about 15 items. Took them 10 minutes to sort out which was perfect. Once I returned, most of the stuff was folded exactly like I gave it to them. Just lazy or had an issue with me and didn’t go through the bin thoroughly. Not sure. It was all stuff they look for also; so they can resell of course. They took 3 items for $10 on the weekend. Then I brought back the same bin the next week with the same stuff and got $40 for it and 10 items were taken. So clearly, they were in a mood lol. I’m still gonna give it 4 stars cause personally I don’t really care too much about this interaction. Just wanted to let y’all know to choose wisely when you go haha.”
