“Went to get an estimate because we hit a deer, Rikki was super helpful and really explained the process and the owner fixed my door which was popped out in front and also attached my bumper which he did while I was scheduling inside which I thought was super nice and awesome because he didnt have to do that considering I was just there for a estimate. I am going with them alone based on those two people and my experience with them!”

“Attempted to rent a car from this location. Had called ahead and spoke with an agent over the phone, who assured me I was fully prepared. However, additional items were asked of me upon arrival that I was not told about in advance. In the end, I was not served and had to cancel my important plans that relied upon needing the rental. Disappointed. It was very frustrating, but I only blame myself for not researching & planning further.
That said, I am very grateful to both Matt and Ty (hope I'm spelling your names right) for your patience, compassion, and professionalism. Stay blessed.”
“I had an issue with a vehicle from Avis and it was unsafe to drive. I drove it to the Lancaster regional airport where Avis and Entrprise both share a tiny office. THe Avis representative was surly and did not touch his computer to help find me another car. Sure two unsatisfactory phone calls with the AVIS help line, I asked the Enterprise representative if he had any vehicles. He stated yes, and directed me to go to the website to reserve the vehicle. Unfortunately this was to be a one way rental as I was visiting from out of town. He somehow found me a car, and had me on my way in less time than I had been on hold with Avis. Words are inadequate to describe the level of customer service this young man gave me. He was professional, friendly, and went the extra mile. I wasn’t renting from Enterprise but he treated me as a valued customer.”

“Enterprise failed me in a big way. I called Hertz, and with a last minute need, Hertz helped me to get the car I needed, they came and picked me up at Enterprise, and the check in process and entire rental experience was excellent. When I returned my car I was rushed and had forgotten to fill the tank; the clerk was kind and allowed me the opportunity to remedy this at great savings for me. They even gave me a ride to the train station when I was done with my rental, saving me more $$ that I would have had to spend on Uber or Lyft. I most highly recommend this Hertz location; the staff are amazing, kind, efficient and wonderful!”
