“Still one of the best Ace Hardware stores around. Tyler went the extra mile to help me get a perfect color match for a client, and the whole staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help.
If they have what I need, I buy it there. Great local store with great people.”
“Harbor Freight is a 5 star tool store.
You can come here and find practically any tool, for any job, no matter how obscure. However, you're not going to find the brand names you're going to find at big toolbox stores. A lot of people initially are taken aback when they can't find a brand name they recognize. But take a look at the prices and understand that you didn't have to pay for the branding and logo and social media podcasts, so now you can actually get an impact driver when you were coming for a screw gun.
They deserve 5 stars, but people who can't get past wanting a black and yellow tool on the site won't allow for 5 stars.”

“Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! Helped me out with a few of the projects I have going on and replaced parts I bought for my weed eater. This place really gives you a small town small shop feel. A feeling I miss in this world and one we need to bring back”
“Rustic barn with all kinds of stuff jamed in every nook and cranny. I bought succulents. Excellent Ouality!! Now to you city squirrels it might not be for you. Plants the place the people.”
“Brad has done 2 amazing sculptures for us. 1st in 2008, a 13 ft tall Minuteman at the corner of Pinetown Road & Moore's Mountain Road (just destroyed by a errant driver, and a 20 ft tall Peace offering from an antique gun powder flask. He's absolutely amazing!”
“Great Lowes to stop st and one of our first stops whenever we need tools or anything with home improvement. Prices seem on par with the other home improvement centers in the area and their selection is vast. I think the majority of the employees seem to know what they are doing and are more than accommodating to answer some questions that you have.”

“Visiting helping my mother, I went in looking for some flooring as well as a water heater. A young man named Cam asked if he could help me, and proceeded to amicably assist me with my issues with flooring and then in plumbing as well. It's rare to find someone knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. He did. Awesome kid, he should be on the management track, hope he does well.”
“Had a great experience at the paint department on 06-24-2026. I bought a quart of Behr paint for my front door earlier that day and the color was a bit too bright, my bad. I took it back hoping to have it darkened and chose a color from the same color”family”. I explained to Ben who was behind the counter what I wanted and he said “give me 5 minutes.” When I came back and there was a new can of my chosen color. I asked if I could have the old paint also, assuming I would be buying the new can. He said no, it’s an even exchange. That made my weekend! He was friendly, helpful and understanding. Well done!”
“Very helpful staff! Took the time to assist and the share some good humor. Brought in my newly certified service pup and everyone was extremely respectful and courteous of how to treat a service animal! Great store!”
