York Marketplace, 2521 E Market St, East YorkI usually come here before work with no issues. I’ve worked at Starbucks for 4 years and have no issues receiving or making a matcha tea latte with no ice before. I mobile ordered and when I picked it up, it wasn’t full and half of it was just foam and not drink. When I asked for it to be remade, I was told they cannot make it any differently even when I tried to offer suggestions for how I would make it when I worked at SBUX. I was disappointed I couldn’t order a drink I liked anymore and asked for a refund. That’s when a very nice and kind barista, Cara, said she could make it the way I like and I really appreciate her for that. She did a wonderful job and it’s made really well, I’m just disappointed that 2 other baristas did not want to help. Overall will keep coming here, I just sadly won’t order this drink anymore.
