“Looks as if someone got fired here about 7 months ago and went on a Google review rant with friends and family. This bank is very convenient for many folks who live in this area. It has it’s busy times but is very convenient which outweighs the wait most times. If it looks too busy and I’m heading north on 88, to 51 via Baptist Rd, or toward SHV, I have three other PNCs to consider. Staff has always been very friendly and patient. Our family takes advantage of several services originated here.”
“Each time I have gone to this branch, I am greeted by the guard who not only directs me to an available teller but has also assisted me with a deposit at the ATM if there are too many people waiting in line.I had never made a deposit only a withdrawal from the ATM so I appreciated the assist! Kudos to the Security agency that is employed by PNC!This was not a one time experience.. always welcoming and helpful!!”

“I had to visit the branch in person today. Once inside the wonderful Lynnice Jones sought me out from her busy station. She took me to her cubicle and handled my transaction, she did this with the utmost professionalism and kindness. Then she spent the time to help me get a fee refunded. I will be back in the near future to look into refinancing my auto loan and opening a credit card, both of which she informed me about.Message to management: take notice and take care of employees like Lynnice J.”

After a mess of incorrect information from another branch and the PNC customer service line, we ended up making an appointment at this branch. Oznur Silverstein was very kind and helpful to finally get this done correctly. I would give them higher stars but while we were in the office with her another young man banker opened the door, while she was on the phone, and asked her if she was busy with anything important. He could certainly learn a little professionalism.”
