“Crystal Patton, was the best fixed ever problem we had opening the account best customer service I have had in the last 5 years.. Giant store in Elizabethtown..I did not realize i had dropped my wallet..VERY Nice girl, working for Giant, picked it up and gave it to me right away. How great!!

“Processing transactions always seems a bit slow. I dont think its the staff's fault, but more the tedious process they go thru to activate a transaction. I do appreciate having to present a driver's license to verify identity.
The tellers and staff are always pleasant (no matter how impatient i get sometimes while waiting my turn), friendly and helpful!
The recent closing off of the view into the bank from the drive thru is somewhat understandable but so impersonal. In speaking with tellers at several locations, i found they all find it a bit impersonal as well.
None the less, I've been with fulton bank 10 years or so and they've never done my any wrong.”

She explains everything in detail, is always responsive to my questions, and is a genuinely great person. The Assistant Manager, Tammy, and the rest of the team are fantastic as well!!
