“As a note this location does sell products. We went for a technical issue that was a difficult question. He looked into what he could and came back apologizing that it was an issue within the app he couldn't access. The gentleman did give me ideas on how to reach someone in the app company which helped. I contacted the app company, followed the gentlemans guidelines, and it was able to help get me in the right direction. The gentleman we spoke to was very nice and I will go there again if I have issues or if I want to purchase anything in the future.”
