“I entered the post office with trepidation, unsure if I had the proper mailing address for my package. Christopher was tremendously patient and kindly answered all my questions! He was extremely knowledgeable on the passport process and what I would need leading up for my passport appointment next week! Its such a relief walking into this office knowing the staff are so friendly and helpful! Thank you again!”

“The women who work in this post office are amazing. They are friendly, helpful, funny, extremely competent, and they make this my favorite post office in the area. For the people who are complaining, please try the Collingswood post office. Then you will understand what a bad postal experience is! The Merchantville P.O. offers a pleasant and professional experience every time. I am not one to stan Merchantville, but these ladies are the best.”
“I was in need of bulk mail stamps as Doylestown was out so I stopped here. Tia was at the counter as well as another postal employee and Tua was so friendly and welcoming! Although they don't carry bulk mail stamps, she had called Upper Southampton post office for me and she was able to get someone on the phone who was able to give us an answer. Not all usps employees are like Tia, she took time out to get an answer for me and I truly appreciated that! Tia and Holly from the Jamison post office should be in charge of training other counter usps employees on proper customer service etiquette!”
“This place has everything a regular PO has, and more. lots of priority mail boxes, different sizes, if you need one. I've never experienced a line here and the guys here are always pleasant, smiling, and doing a good job. They're never shut down for no apparent reason like the PO in my zip code and I never feel aggravated (Philly post offices can be horrible!) it's a relief to find a good PO, I appreciate it soooo much.”
“The entire staff is courteous, respectful, and friendly. They work well together as a team to create a welcoming atmosphere. The postmaster leads by example. I also appreciate how the staff decorates the facility for holidays and wore Eagles paraphernalia after the Super Bowl win.”
“I love this quaint little post office branch. It has a truly hometown neighborhood feel. And, there is rarely more than a 2-3 minute wait, even on an afternoon. The clerks inside -- (dare I call them "clerks" ??) are down to earth and approachable, always friendly and welcoming, adding that rare human/personal touch to their face-to-face interactions with customers. They greet you when you arrive and smile and say "goodbye, have a good day" when you leave. These may seem like simple facts but they make all the difference. If you've ever stood in a post office line for what seems like 20 minutes behind 6-7 other customers, only to encounter a robotic grump behind the counter, that can be a very irritating, aggravating experience. Merion Station is a little slice of heaven, where kindness, friendliness, and efficiency are the standard. Thank you, Merion Station Post Office!”

“OMG!!!!! This United States Post Office in Palmyra, NJ was sooooo on point!!!!! YES!!!! It was a bit busy but, Spencer, was handling and doing things to keep the customers moving!!! NOPE, don't know him but do LOVE the U.S. Postal service that we were provided today!!!!! YES!!!! Give Spencer, probably a long over due raise! It's clean inside, lots of information as soon as you walk in the door but I would recommend leave the inside closed door to the postal cashiers open for even air flow (just my opinion). I was in and out within minutes because while Spencer was working customer issues he acknowledged that I and others customers were waiting, called us over to keep us moving while he was multitasking to resolve another customer's issue. AWESOME JOB "Spencer" on a Saturday morning!!!Thank you Palmyra, NJ United States Post Office on a JOB and CUSTOMER service well done!!!!!YES!!!!! I do recommend this post office to my family, friends and, NOW, the World too!!!!!”
“Kind and helpful staff - it was pretty empty when I went (4:30 pm on a Monday), no line. The women I worked with was very friendly, answered all my questions with ease, and was even patient with me when I made a mistake on the touchscreen.”
“I was really impressed. I think I understand why this post office has about 3.5 starts while most of the others in the area seem to level out at 2. The ladies who worked there were so pleasant and friendly; they were easy going and seemed to know most of the customers who came in. I got there with less than 10 minutes before they closed and I was expecting the rough kind of customer service that’s usually given to last-minute patrons, but the woman who was helping me treated me with courtesy and patience! I was especially grateful because I’ve never shipped out a package before and she wasn’t condescending when explaining what I needed to do and while answering my questions. This is what real customer service is!”

“Staff are very friendly and try to move as quickly as possible during rush, even though they're limited. It's ashame that most of the time they don't have many supplies, because they want to shut them down to save money. I hope they don't close this location as it is more convenient for me and many others than downtown where there's no parking, long lines and horrible customer service. I use this post office whenever I have to mail something off or try to pickup supplies.”

“Mehul is the best. I've been here twice and he's assisted me both times. He is friendly, efficient and knows his stuff. When I walked in the second time, there was six of us waiting and the line was out the door. He got us all out in 10 minutes. All we did was talk about how kindly he treated us and he wasted no time in getting the job done. He also did not get upset with me when I asked him to get a priority mail envelope for me and also waited for me to package it, even if it only took two minutes. He's patient and also informed me of my barcode that was dark between the lines, making it hard to read. However, he manually entered it in and still made it work. I appreciate Mehul for his work. I like it here. 10/10. And there's a parking lot and a ramp for those who are unable to make it up the stairs. Nice neighborhood as well.”
