“I have been through plenty of experiences at dealerships, so I can honestly say that this Dealership is by far one of the Greatest in the area, if not the whole State of Pennsylvania. I had the pleasure of working with Matthew Hahn as my sales Rep. Matt is simply amazing, he was extremely patient with all my requests and showed pure professionalism throughout the entire process of getting me a new car. His determination of satisfying his customers are impeccable. He took into consideration the budget that I had and vigorously worked with me until he was able to find a Car that met all of my expectations and that fit my budget. Efrain the Sales Manager was approachable and exceptionally knowledgeable. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase a vehicle from them and they made me feel very comfortable the whole time that I was there. The rest of the staff that was there, were also respectful and courteous towards me. Overall the experience was phenomenal and smooth. They have absolutely gained a loyal Customer. Thank all of you guys at the Kelly Jeep location over at Emmaus Ave. If anyone is interested in purchasing a New/Used Car, please do not hesitate giving this Dealership a chance. I promise that you will not be disappointed.”

“Very kind service. Showed up without an appointment and asked for a quote on some light damage to my front bumper, an associate thoroughly answered my questions and helped me fix up the area free of charge in under 20 minutes, it looks almost as good as new. Will be coming back for any repairs I may need.”

“We bought a LOT of cars from Kelly Automotive (Used Cars) over the years. Easily 6 cars. Averaging all those experiences, I'm giving them a 4-star rating. I was a little frustrated with a few things that took place during our last purchase (days ago), but in the grand scheme of things, it wasn't horrible. My advice... For everyone at Kelly: More 'SENSE OF URGENCY.' I should not have to spend 9+ hours to work through a deal and drive away in my new car. That is not acceptable. Treat me like I'm a priority, and stay focused on the tasks at hand. Also, if you tell me the car 'will be ready and detailed' in the morning by 10 am, please keep that promise. Again, I had to take time off of work and be involved to ensure my daughter got through this process ok. When I arrived at 10 am and the car hadn't moved since the night before - I was EXTREMELY angered. You said, "It will take 10 minutes to wrap things up tomorrow," - and it took 3+ hours. And we STILL need to bring the car back to get fully detailed at a later date. More time I have to take to have this transaction completed. And my last bit of feedback... Whatever your current online price is for the vehicle - at the very least - match that. I shouldn't have to check the site one more time to see that the price has been reduced by several hundred dollars. Please, just honor that price and give it to me without asking. Otherwise, I feel like you don't care, and it will make me consider another dealership in the future. Over a few hundred bucks? It's not worth it - just add a step to your process to confirm the price. For salesperson: Being nice and friendly is GREAT! Being overly buddy-buddy is ok, but only if you can talk AND continue to get answers, negotiate, pay attention to my concerns, and ultimately finalize the deal. Basically, I want to finish this deal so I can return to my life. I spent 7 hours on Tuesday night and 3+ hours on Wednesday morning before driving away with the new (used) car. Not ok. There were times that I wondered what was happening - as I stood around, unsure how much longer it would take. Am I still the priority? Did something come up? Am I going to get to return to work soon? Or have lunch? My suggestions are more pointed communication and status updates, which will go a long way. At the end of the day, my daughter has a safe car, the deal felt good (at the end), and I'm glad to be done with it all for now. For my next car purchase, I will definitely keep Kelly Automotive on my list of dealerships to consider.”
