“It's our second trip here and we're already planning the next time! The rooms are huge, the beds are comfy, the Jacuzzi tubs are clean, and the staff are helpful and nice. Very highly recommend!!!!”
“Staff is great. The rooms are nice. Bar in lobby prices aren't bad. Breakfast is fine for quick morning meal or sit in lobby with waffles. A few restaurants and trader Joe's are nearby and walkable.”

“We had a fine stay here recently while in the area for a conference.
The front desk staff was helpful, professional, and checked us in quickly. They were also incredibly helpful when I later needed to have a document printed.
As for the room...
Pros:
- clean and quiet
- good amount of space, lighting, and plentiful outlets
- kitchen was nice
- good water pressure in the shower
- recent renovation looked nice on the surface
- comfortable
- air conditioning worked well
Cons:
- vinyl plank floor was starting to bubble, especially in the bathroom
- one of the closet doors would not stay open without holding it
- bathroom had extremely small area for tub and toilet
- having the sink outside the bathroom and right next to the bed is not a good setup, especially for privacy
- bathroom door was difficult to close completely
- internet speed was extremely slow
- breakfast offerings were lacking, although that may just be the brand standard
Overall though, it was a good stay; we did find the room restful and slept well, which is the most important part of a hotel stay for us!”

“I attend the AICUP presidents event at this venue annually for many years and we have had excellent experiences each and every time. The hotel has easy parking, accommodating staff, beautiful ambience, and clean rooms and conference areas. The food is excellent- as we have had catered breakfast lunch and dinner each year. This year I especially loved our wait staff for our university presidents' dinner last night. They were so friendly and personable. They really made the entire dining experience wonderful.”

“My stay was defined by the incredible staff, who are the true stars of this hotel. From the accommodating front desk to the attentive restaurant and bar team, everyone was friendly and helpful. I was greeted personally in the lobby, my questions were answered cheerfully, and my room was always refreshed with fresh towels.
My only note is that the suite needed a more thorough clean upon arrival. However, the professionalism and warmth of the staff completely overshadowed this. They created a level of rapport and genuine care that I rarely experience, making the hotel absolutely worth it.”

“This place is great. Near so much food too. Clean and the beds are comfortable. Great pillows too. The water is super hot with great pressure and the bath tub pugs fine, so you can legit take a hot bath. And a pool? I honestly have stayed in legitimately bad hotels and this isn’t one. Glad I didn’t let some bad reviews scare me away.”
“Robin the front receptionist was wonderful. She made sure all our family from out of town for the weekend was on the same floor and close to each other. She made my family from Florida feel really welcome. The hotel was full that weekend and staff was very accommodating to our needs. Have stayed there many times and have 2 more trips coming up in May. Reservations are made. See you all soon! Thank you for your hospitality. Larry and Cindy Lewis”

“Stayed here because of a weather event. The hotel staff were very helpful. The accommodations were clean and looked very new. Even though the hotel is located very close to the interstate, it was a quiet location.”
“The room was clean and comfortable, and the lady at the front desk was friendly and informative! The air conditioning unit is pretty loud but worked for us as a nice white noise machine for the kids to sleep to. We weren’t sure what we were getting into when we drove up but ended up having a very pleasant one-night stay. For the price we paid, we would stay again.”

It is an Express Inn.
The night clerk was quick to appear, very fast and friendly service. And an excellent price!!

I will say it was a little difficult seeing the turn into the parking lot.

The water took a bit to get hot. (Be patient it will get hot)
The ice machine didn't work. But not a deal breaker.
They do have drinks for a dollar in the lobby.
Did see a gym with newer looking equipment.”

“I've done quite a bit of traveling, and always mindful of my budget. There aren't many states I haven't visited or brands of hotel that I haven't stayed in. And at this particular location of Quality Inn, everything was excellent... Among the best I've ever had... From the condition of the room, to the customer service at check in and check out, to breakfast... Everything was very nice and as it should be. Couldn't recommend it more highly, in fact I did just recommend it to a friend with guests coming from out of the area. One caveat though: I did look into a Quality Inn at another location and sad to say it was basically a toilet. Absolutely awful. So management counts... I can only vouch for this particular location. Again one of the best I've ever experienced.”

“We were looking for a budget priced room for one night. We checked in the person who checked us in was very nice and polite. I found the room could use a bit of updating. The sofa couch which is suppose to be used for a pull out sofa desperately needs to be replaced. Could not be used as a sofa pull out bed. We had an issue with the tv so we called the front desk and someone came up right away to fix it.The shower was awesome best I have seen in a motel we have stayed. Plenty of water pressure and hot water. I found it to be very quiet.We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast as we wanted to be on the road early. We found the room clean.So if you are looking for a budget cost room i wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.”
