“Jon was a big help this evening! I wanted to take advantage of a trade-in deal, but the website wouldn't accept my IMEI number. He had all the same issues I did, but was able to get it submitted eventually. Apparently the T-Mobile system just needed to be able to reject it the first time. Great customer service, and a sense of humor!”

I came back to this location to get a new screen protector installed after the location on the Carlisle Pike in Mechanicsburg tried to charge full price without installation.
