He had all the same issues I did, but was able to get it submitted eventually. Apparently the T-Mobile system just needed to be able to reject it the first time. Trace the employee agreed to me was friendly And patient. While there were some difficulties getting things set up trace and Brandon were very patient and helpful.
I was pleased with a new phone and even got an Apple Watch. The cell phone plans are very reasonable and phones can be purchased on a new interest monthly payment plan.
It was a pleasant experience and I feel comfortable if I have to go back or call that my questions will be answered.

“I stopped by this Verizon store recently looking for a phone case for my iPhone. Unfortunately they didn’t have the case for my specific model, but while I was there I mentioned a strange issue I had been having with my phone where certain calls weren’t coming through and it was telling people I wasn’t available. I wasn’t even sure what was causing it.
Patrick helped me out and he was fantastic. He was extremely professional, kind, and genuinely willing to help even though I wasn’t actually making a purchase. He figured out the issue very quickly and fixed the problem for me.
I really appreciated him taking the time to help with something that wasn’t even a paid transaction. That level of customer service really stands out. Because of Patrick, I would absolutely come back to this Verizon store again. He’s excellent at what he does and deserves to be recognized for how well he works with customers.”
