We arrived from the Southern tip of Florida to PA not knowing what to expect. To be treated with such kindness is priceless, we rented a very nice Toyota Prius - an absolute fuel saver for all the driving we did in the surrounding counties for the two months that we were working there. - Any concerns we addressed to Ivan would leave us comforted knowimg that he had our back & wasn't out to rip us off. It made our stay just so much more manageable as we were dealing with our own challenges that arose but nothing major.
I would absolutely rent again from Ivan, no doubt about it. Thank you Ivan for going above & beyond our expectations.

“This place took care of me and my Buick after a dude hit my parked car and destroyed its mirror. They kept me informed about my side mirror and when one order for it got lost in the mail found and ordered another promote. They also made connecting to the rental car services super easy! “Did everything online and confirmed online. Got a friendly reminder the day before pickup. Greeted (I think his name was Charles) when I got there. Got a free upgrade since they didn't have my size car. Did the outside walk through. Attendant also gave me a quick tutorial since it was a newer car. Gave me the keys after I signed everything. Off I went. Pretty quick and seemless service.
The Nissan Rogue drove nicely all the way home from PA to VA.”
“We rented a vehicle from Enterprise at their Manayunk location recently, as we are returning customers, and we honestly can not say enough about the staff there! Montrose, Niyah, and coworkers, are extraordinary! They are a young, energetic, hardworking team who genuinely try to keep the car rental process as smooth and uncomplicated as possible. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five was because although we did accept the vehicle with visable exterior dirt we were unpleasantly surprised to discover how filthy the last renter left the vehicle. The staff was overwhelmed with customers and just didn't have time to fully detail our rental so it's not entirely their fault. The staff at this location is highly professional and very competent and we recommend this location based solely on the great team they have.”

I did not receive the refund notice from Enterprise, but my credit card company did reflect the revision.

“Rented from here 2 separate times, a sedan and a pickup truck. Both times service was outstanding, give these employees a raise! Pickup truck was returned with no gas right as I arrived, and I was told that I could return it empty. Really appreciated that they got me in and out asap and let me figure out the best way to handle it. I see them cleaning the cars after hours out in the heat. Small but excellent location, nothing but good things to say about the people working here.”

“I had no issues with the last two rentals but credit to Tina who is excellent and a pleasure to deal with. I am sad to see she will be leaving this location for another but overall my vehicle was ready for pickup had a full tank of go go juice and I was never given an attitude. “I’ve rented from this location twice. Both times, they had the best pricing in the center city area. The staff here is also polite and friendly. That can sometimes be a rarity in the city. The cars have always been new models and clean. We will book again!”
“Never an issue renting from them. This time there was however an issue the Android Auto for the GPS. On a 13 hour drive, it got wonky and impacted my phone and stopped working. We ended up using my wife's phone to get us to our destination.
Not their fault and I would always recommend them.”
