“I have been going to this store off and on for around 40 plus years. I even worked there for a time. The prices are a little higher than the average store, but you are paying for the convenience of having access 24/7 365 so it helps pay the wages of those employees to keep the place open and utilities operational. I think for the most part I appreciate how respectful all of the employees are at the store. They always ask me how I'm doing and if they see I need any help they are willing to help me. I am glad to see the store has better security now as well. Overall, I don't think you'll ever really be disappointed with 7-11. They do not have a restroom for public use though so please don't ask. The place is kept clean inside and out of the store. The employees act in a professional and courteous manner. Don't forget to download the 7-11 app for free. Every time you spend money have them scan your code so you can earn things. If I can think of anything else I will edit this later, but for now I'm not sure what more to say except that I like the slurpees. lol....”
“The owners are great! Always taking requests for newer beverages. They have tastings sporadically throughout the month so you can try something you wouldn’t normally buy and see if you like it. Great place to start your weekend off right. ;-)”

“GetGo is a gas station and a convenience store and is owned by Giant Eagle. This location is open all day, everyday. In the convenience store, I bought snacks, beverages, and made-to-order foods. The employees who made my foods and rang up my purchase did their jobs well. My husband and I thought that the foods tasted good.”

The staff, particularly Heather, is truly remarkable. By the way, Heather is by far the most gracious and sweetest gas station attendant I’ve ever met, and I genuinely mean that!
The team is incredibly professional, friendly, and diligent. On top of that, their gas prices are usually very reasonable, and their homemade snacks are absolutely delicious!

“I frequent this location and always have great service. All the employees are very friendly. Bill, especially, goes above and beyond for the customers. I called inquiring about a potential allergen in a drink and was told the flavoring I was asking about did not contain the allergen. I later placed an online delivery order for the drink. A few minutes later I received 2 phone calls and a text from Bill asking if I was the person who called earlier and he stated that he found out that other ingredients in the drink contain the allergen I was asking about and intercepted my order and made sure those ingredients were not used in the recipe, and instructed how to order the drink in the future to make sure I wouldn't order a beverage that could cause me harm. I've never had someone take that kind of care and initiative to make sure my food and drink were safe. Finding people who care that much in a retail world meant so much to me and I appreciate Bill taking that extra, unexpected step. Thank you for having such great employees.”

“I recently paid for gas on pump 2, but the cashier, Serenity, accidentally put it on pump 6. Mistakes happen though. Really, I would be a huge hypocrite to condemn the honest worker for a trivial mistake like that. But it was how she followed up on the mistake and handled it for me that truly impressed me. She was very quick and on top of fixing the issue at hand. I was really, really impressed. What a nice young lady with a great attitude and good work ethic!”
