“I was told last minute that the bank I had been with for 10+ years had been sold to a bank that is horrible to say the very least. I have approximately 10 days to get all of my money out of said account and move before the merger or it goes to this other awful bank. I started googling banks in the area. Trumark came up and I looked at reviews and asked around and they seemed like the perfect fix. I applied online and found out it would take DAYS to get an answer, in my time crunch, I don’t have that kind of time. I went into the branch on 113 in Downingtown. I was immediately warmly greeted and sat right down and got the process started. Meanwhile my toddler, who is a toddler and never stops moving. Was clearly bored, the women employees there took her right under their wing so I could get everything done with the least amount of stress as possible. They let her sit in their chairs, gave her a lollipop and played with her. As a mom, this means so much to me. They made the whole stressful process so simple and seamless. I will forever recommend this bank and branch to everything I know. 5 stars isn’t enough. Thank you.”

“Ive been a customer at the TD branch in Thorndale since it was Commerce Bank. I was concerned when it changed all those years ago worries of unfamiliar faces and such. Well obviously im still there. Some of the faces have changed over time but always a great cast of characters. Im treated like family when I walk in. Ive gotten business loans and lines of credit with the process being streamline and comfortable. Jamal the current manager is by far one of my favorite people.
