“Caroline at the front end was so sweet to us today! It was a wet rainy day, and we went up to customer service to ask for any towels or paper towels to dry our cart and the younger blonde long haired women working went around the corner to see if she had anything we could use. She said no they do not have anything to wipe our cart. We tried up at the cashiers area and Caroline was there, and greeted me and my daughter with a big smile and looked for paper towels. She had found a big box of them and gave us some, as well as a new employee with short black hair working next to her. It was so nice to see these employees turn around our experience.
