“Loch Aerie Mansion gave us the wedding of our dreams. The venue itself is beautiful. The ballroom is large and very warm. Grooms and Bridal suites are second to none. Dana was extremely easy to communicate with and she helped with any questions or concerns we had. AJ is simply the man. He somehow manages to handle everything seamlessly and couldn’t have been more important on our big day. Simply can’t say enough about this venue and especially the team and staff they have. “The Washington is my all time FAVORITE venue!! I am the owner and lead coordinator of my business, Beyond Blissful Events. I've been to many venues over the years, and of them all, The Washington is truly the best. The property is gorgeous and lush with gardens- no matter where you step it is photo worthy! All four options for the ceremony space are all stunning. Even on a rainy day it's still so beautiful there and some of cocktail hour can be outside because. of the covered patio! On top of all the beauty, Caitlyn, the venue manager is a dream to work with! She is so attentive to all of her couples and works so well with outside planners and other vendors. She goes above and beyond to ensure that the day exceeds the couple's vision, and it's very apparent that she truly loves what she does! All of my couples have been overjoyed with their wedding day experience at The Washington. I can’t wait to be back there again soon!”
“I already reviewed this park on another google entry but if you love studio Ghibli or just cool architecture you'll love the mansion and water tower! Great park and trails! Hopefully they fix the ponds issues. Gas/run off in the water killing fish and there's an algae/duckweed issue. Needs some restoration.”

The food was awesome, the coordination was top notch, and the physical space was exactly what we hoped for. They included a lot of thoughtful touches that made the entire evening flow very smoothly. “I haven't seen smoking bars since pre COVID but walking into this place for the first time to see a metal show and seeing I could have a drink and smoke a cigarette while watching the Phil's between bands was one of my highlights of this past year. Long live the Polish club ??????”

“This Hilton property is phenomenal! Immediately upon entry, we were welcomed, and greeted. Was very thankful for my Hilton Status, and of course offered warm fresh cookies. Was asked numerous times if there was anything additional they could’ve done for me. Mrs Kay at the from desk let her true hospitality show! The room wasn’t as updated and tech savvy as I had expected, but the waitstaff and management running the restaurant was super courteous and also went above and beyond. Zero issues and would recommend this property anytime!! Thank you”

“Staff gets 5 stars especially our man Chris and our girl assistant GM Jacqueline! Entire staff is super friendly, professional and polite including the housekeepers.. They all go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and special. Jacqueline is a super sweet lady who keeps her word,, I'm glad we met her. But the star of the hotel is a fine young gentleman named Chris. His parents raised a fine young gentleman who must be very proud of him. Super nice guy, always upbeat and friendly, courteous and polite, professional, knowledgeable and patient as all heck! Smiling big thinking about his patience! Treated us with such respect. He explained things thoroughly.. And no matter how many times we bothered him, he never wavered.. He was just as polite, friendly, courteous and respectful as he always was. Chris is absolutely an asset and definitely a keeper... Any company would be lucky to have Chris as a part of their team. Truly a remarkable young man and employee!! Thank you to all staff for making our stay a very pleasant one!!Very clean hotel too.. Rooms are veyr clean and smell so pretty when you walk in.. Very welcoming. Housekeeping does a terrific job cleaning. Beds are soft and SO comfortable, it was like sleeping on a cloud! Pillows too were so soft and comy and they actually fit the size of the bed, King size pillows! Great night sleep! Great location and close to major highways, shopping and restaurants. A must stay! Breakfast was very good too and Brandon from room service is also a very nice friendly guy who went out of his way to help us. Barb at the restaurant is also a super friendly woman who actually brought menus up to our room, so we didn't have to come down.. Super nice lady. Then there is the maintenance guy who took the lock off our window for us! Super nice man.. very friendly personality.. and no wait time.. We called downstairs and they literally sent him right up!This hotel definitely knows how to treat and take care of their guests. They make you feel welcomed and special. Great staff! We will definitely be back.. We look forward to it! Great pricing too.. So worth it! We highly recommend this hotel!When you stay at a not so nice hotel it really makes you miss and want to run back to a hotel like the Sheraton where you had such a great experience and stay.”
