“The parking lot is tricky and small. The Parking lines need to be painted again. And the potholes needs patching. But building is fine. It's an old building , but still standing strong. Inside is nice. It's small. But they do offer seats if you need it. The customer service representatives are nice. And know their job. The drive through teller likes to talk, but shouldn't keep talking to the other employees when a customer is at the counter.!!!!!!!”

Often, I have many transactions- I try to be organized & I have never been made to feel like I was bothering anyone. All the girls are patient and professional !! For various reasons, I have done business at many other banks in the Abingtons - their services do not even come close to what I get at Citizen’s. Love the passbook….I hope U never get rid of it. Also appreciate a balance on the deposit receipts….something U don’t get at PNC and NBT unless U ask and show ID !! I would never change banks for my own personal banking needs.
