“Came in on a Wednesday afternoon after work. Store was clean, bright and welcoming.
Mike was quick to his feet and greeted me as soon as I walked in. I was looking for a phone case and he directed me to what he had in store for my specific model. We had normal small chat while I paid for my purchase. I was in uniform and he expressed how much respect he has for the Military and thanked me for my service. It's great to see the younger generation show appreciation to those in uniform, we need more people like that in this world. I would patronize this establishment for my future wireless / cellular needs without thinking twice and it's so close to my home.”

Julio took a tremendous amount of time with me and my daughter, trying to straighten out an issue with Verizon that was interfering with her ability to upgrade her phone. He literally took over 3 hours of his day to assist us. I recommend this location of Verizon highly, and only wish all of it's locations offered this level of service and integrity. TCNJ parents - our kids are in good hands at Verizon Campus Town!!!!!”
“I had an exceptional experience at the Verizon store in Neshaminy Mall with Rhiannon and Zach. They went above and beyond to help my family upgrade our devices, including two new Google Pixel phones and a tablet. What stood out the most was their dedication to resolving a technical issue with activating service for both phones, even staying well past closing time to ensure everything was fixed.
Despite the challenges, Rhiannon and Zach worked tirelessly from 7:30 to 8:00 PM, troubleshooting and navigating issues with Verizon's system. Their patience and professionalism never wavered, even when faced with my 2-year-old twin daughters during my initial visit, who were, as toddlers often are, full of energy. The staff was kind and understanding, making the experience much less stressful for me as a parent.
Thanks to their determination and incredible customer service, we left with fully functioning devices and a great experience. If you're looking for a Verizon store where the staff truly cares about their customers and goes the extra mile, I highly recommend visiting Rhiannon and Zach at this location.”
“Came in to buy a phone last week with my mom, The staff was wonderful. They took care of us while we were inside. While inside we did see some people come in with a sense of entitlement and the staff handled it very well. They all deserve raises and the reviews lately I’ve been seeing have been untrustworthy. “I just brought my phone from here. They have great plan and deals on phone even on Iphone they have good deals. They have all kind of accessories, speakers for cheap price. “This store is a great ATT store. Individualized service, and they still care about customers as individuals. Ramon helped me with an issue today that initially could not be resolved to my satisfaction. After I left, he continued to research the issue to find an alternate solution, and gave me a call to let me know he was successful. I returned quickly and the issue was 100% resolved. Very happy customer. I've used this store for years, and have had experience with other stores as I've helped family members and friends. Don't use a mall store. If you are in the broader Newtown area, select this store for your ATT needs.”

Yesterday I came to this store with bad information from customer on chat, and Andre and Maribel did ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING they could to help and fix my situation. They showed me nothing but respect and value as a customer for so long and I can't thank either one of them enough for the dedication, patience and knowledge they exuded to get me back to the freedom of having a phone and access to the outside world. I'm truly grateful for the both of them. They went out of their way to make me feel appreciated and respected and I will forever be grateful. This seems like a reach, but I was in a true bind and they understood my issue and dire need and took heed and action to help me to the best of their ability! 20 fkn stars.
