“I went in there looking for advice on my newly acquired mouse pet. I asked for help and was sent a guru of mice! Nina was absolutely amazing. She took the time to answer my questions. And there were a ton! She also suggested some things I could put in the mouse’s cage that would help make him more comfortable. She was patient, knowledgeable and friendly! The little tree trunk hideout item she recommended is a huge hit with the mouse. So thank you Nina!!!! You were amazing!!!!!”

“Howard and Anne offered five high quality 4x6 horse stall mats that were used for an at-home gym. Product works well, each mat is over 100 pounds and remains stable. VOC off-take testing was minimal. Thank you also to their team for helping load. God bless you.”

I have special needs dogs that require a specific diet and I peppered her with a ton of requirements I needed when deciding on a new food. She listened to my feedback, made recommendations and showed genuine interest in assisting me. “Very easy to work with. Made it very easy for me to have the stray cat that adopted me checked for a chip. There was none. Posted all over the place about the found cat. No response. Since the cat wasn't neutered Easel offered to have him neutered and chipped at a very reasonable rate. Also provided medication for his eyes and ears at a reasonable amount.
One less cat on the street. Thank you Easel ❤️”

When I’m looking for special treats, specific toys/puzzles, a certain brand or something that fits my dog who is outside the range of sizes most chains offer, I’m at Dogs&Cats. I always find what I need here. Staff is generally young, has always been friendly to us as customers.It’s a bit cramped inside and there’s a bunch of loose items, so fair warning if you have any mobility issues or a larger dog.”

“Would give this place 10 stars if possible. You can tell all the staff including the manager care about their customers and also the RESCUE dogs they adopt out. The Fairless hills pets plus (including the manager) should take notes from this store on how to treat customers and stick with adopting out dogs and not sell purebred puppies because people want them. This store sticks to the mission statement on the website! Kudos to your staff!!!”
