“Cool Dog Gear - it’s kind of in the name. They have all sorts of toys, treats, collars, harnesses, etc. They also host training sessions, have obstacle courses setup in the back, and have other dog-centric events. Most importantly the staff and owner(s) are wonderful. I went in with my dog to purchase a new harness and they took the time to help me find exactly what fit, let me try it on the dog before purchasing, and in general were just very pleasant and helpful. It’s nice to be able to support a small local business rather than relying on the typical online retailers or larger chains - give Cool Dog Gear a visit.”

“I used the store in Southampton, PA. My dog got groomed there. The staff were very helpful. I didn't know we needed 3 hours, so I had to reschedule. But while I was there, they helped me get his Rabies information from his vet. Rachel did a GREAT job on my Bert. He looked so handsome! He is a puppy & needs someone to teach him that he will be OK. Rachel had a great deal of patience.”

When I’m looking for special treats, specific toys/puzzles, a certain brand or something that fits my dog who is outside the range of sizes most chains offer, I’m at Dogs&Cats. I always find what I need here. Staff is generally young, has always been friendly to us as customers.It’s a bit cramped inside and there’s a bunch of loose items, so fair warning if you have any mobility issues or a larger dog.”

“I don't write reviews very often but after my encounter the other day, I had to. I have a pit mix rescue and we are still learning his quirks. He was very nervous to get his nails trimmed but desperately needed to. When we got there, he planted all four paws on the ground and wouldn't move and then hid under chairs. I started to get flustered because I was not expecting this. If you're a dog person, you know your dog picks up on your energy so I know I was not helping matters. I was ready to cry. The two women who helped me were ANGELS. One got on the floor with him and cut and trimmed his nails. The other gently coaxed him out of his hiding spot. By the end of the visit my dog, Alfie, was in love with these two women. They were so unbelievably kind to me and my Alfie, I couldn't believe it. Please support this business. This is the kind of service that you don't come across as often anymore. I wish I would have brought a larger tip with me. Since I didn't, I had to at the very least, write this review. We will absolutely be back. Thank you for making this a great experience for me and my boy.”

“I took my dog to dog training to prepare for the CGC test. My dog has previous experience in dog training. Our trainer Lindsay is absolutely the best! We took the 6 week course to prepare for the test . She was very knowledgeable in the material. Her suggestions and corrections help out a lot. Her experience with all types of dogs is phenomenal. I would highly recommend the dog training at Petco and I would also recommend Lindsey as well she will exceed your expectations.”
“I took my Nellie ther for the first time , how enjoying it was too see animals smiling and wagging ther tails while having ther grooming the staff was very friendly the spa very well maintained ...But, to see the tails going weather cats or dogs was a complete pleasure unlike the place I was before P.S. which was ugly will say ..I would recommend this place for sure... “I love this pet store for 2 reasons. The first reason is for their do it yourself grooming for bathing my 7m old Female Rottweiler. I purchased 5 baths for only $45. To me that is worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY. They supply me with EVERYTHING I NEED to get the job done and I save myself hours of cleaning up my own bathroom at home. The other reason is their selection and pricing of their HEALTHIER CHOICES OF FOOD for DOGS + CATS and other animals. We will be switching from buying CRAVE at Petsmart to this store to buy our dog foods and supplies. Give this place a try and I promise you won't be disappointed. Oh, they also have a monthly calendar of EVENTS/CLASSES and even a nail bar night for pros to trim your dog's nails for a very affordable price. Seriously, this place is simply awesome!I really hope they do a spring time event outside for Animals+Parents! That would be amazing and have DJ Milkyway Music Enterprise LLC dj/mc to bring in a ton more people that I don't think really know this place is located here or how awesome of a place it is! I've been telling my friends about Pet Supplies Plus and they had no idea the place is located in this area or didn't realize it was a pet store that offers as much as they do. (MLBB VENDOR EVENTS) at both Bolton Mansion + Playwicki Park would 100% boost up PET SUPPLIES PLUS CUSTOMER TRAFFIC. My best friend Jen Flannery is the owner and coordinates every single large scale outdoor event for over 10yrs. Only 1 pet store per event and they can really use a place like this at these events. I much rather see a smaller store at large scale events than Petsmart or a different big chain store.”

“I adopted a dog at the beginning of the pandemic when things were pretty chaotic. The SPCA handled the transition about as well as anybody did during that time and we were able to schedule a visit to meet 2 potential dogs. Everything went smoothly and we took our new dog home that day (sadly, he just passed away after 4 wonderful years with us, as he was older when we adopted him).Edit: a few days ago I returned and had another wonderful experience with adopting again. I put in an application online and was called about a week later (I believe this is because the dog was on a stray hold, so I was called as soon as the hold expired). We had to wait to be able to take him home because he had to be neutered, but we were able to visit the dog a couple of times in between the time we adopted him and were able to take him home. Staff were pleasant and friendly every time.”
