“My father got a rescue dog a few years ago, and he's mostly cocker spaniel, so he has cauliflower ears and gets very matted. The people there were very good to him even when he was getting agitated and said it would be safer to let his vet finish. I respect that because my dad used to have a visiting groomer...and last time she groomed him, she had cut him in 3 different places. Winston (the dog) won't even let me brush his legs. He only lets me use the grooming glove to remove excess hair. And my dad and I do our best with his face and ears, but we're amateurs! This is a safe place to take your pet in my opinion ?”
“The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I had many questions that they patiently answered. They have a rewards program where you get 10 dollars off and they have a military discount. We ultimately bought 2 of the sweetest ferrets. The store has all supplies we need for them.”

“We always take our doodle here- We love being able to see all the dogs being groomed/the open concept here! Makes us feel so safe leaving our pup there. She always comes home so happy! It’s clear they treat these animals with such care.
I have a very old dachshund with nails that couldn’t be trimmed at the vet anymore, since he’s so squirmish and loses patience quickly now. They accepted a quick walk-in, let me hold him, and were so patient with my little boy! He walked out feeling brand new. I cannot begin to express how much I appreciate these lovely humans that work here! (Beth Hatter, you were incredible! We’ll remember this wonderful experience because of you & your kindness!)”
“We love Dogventure (Cool Dog Gear)! I used to only wander in once in a blue moon, but while dining out with a new puppy, I received some news about "Puppy Social" sessions that could be a good fit for my not-very-socialized and rather vocal Pomeranian. I kid you not, we now frequent Dogventure on a weekly basis (or as often as possible) - and not just for the use of the doggie gym although that's the best part.This is a fantastic small business with a variety of toys, treats, food options, and healthcare (joint, skin, dental, etc). The owners are wonderful and the staff they employ are equally caring and knowledgeable. There are not words to express how happy and grateful I am to have discovered (and have access to) this wonderful business and all they have to offer.”

My dog was a little shaky when we went in, since he's a bit shy at new places/ with new people. When I went to pick him up , he was as happy as can be and looked so handsome! He is a very happy boy! “I adopted a dog at the beginning of the pandemic when things were pretty chaotic. The SPCA handled the transition about as well as anybody did during that time and we were able to schedule a visit to meet 2 potential dogs. Everything went smoothly and we took our new dog home that day (sadly, he just passed away after 4 wonderful years with us, as he was older when we adopted him).Edit: a few days ago I returned and had another wonderful experience with adopting again. I put in an application online and was called about a week later (I believe this is because the dog was on a stray hold, so I was called as soon as the hold expired). We had to wait to be able to take him home because he had to be neutered, but we were able to visit the dog a couple of times in between the time we adopted him and were able to take him home. Staff were pleasant and friendly every time.”
“Love Dogs&Cats Rule for all my more niche pet needs!! When I’m looking for special treats, specific toys/puzzles, a certain brand or something that fits my dog who is outside the range of sizes most chains offer, I’m at Dogs&Cats. I always find what I need here. Staff is generally young, has always been friendly to us as customers.It’s a bit cramped inside and there’s a bunch of loose items, so fair warning if you have any mobility issues or a larger dog.”
“Well stocked and organized. I wish there was 1 more employee in the aisles to help me find what I needed. The cashier who directed me where to go was great and personable. She even had a conversation with the family in front of me in line in fluent Russian or Ukranian. Very helpful in this area, she's an asset to this location.”

An employee (I sadly never got his name but he was working 4/14/26 around 3pm; has 2 cats at home aquariums) he really went above & beyond in educating and helping me on aquariums/fish. The cashier was also so kind, informative, and amazing.
I usually go to Pet Smart in or North Wales, but I went to this location after a close by appt. I was blown away by the customer service.
It’s the kind of customer service that doesn’t even happen anymore!
This employee told me EVERYTHING to do to start my aquarium. I feel he went above and beyond because he walked me through the aisles and talked me through every option and factor in owing an aquarium - whenever I asked a question he answered very thoughtfully and I did not feel rushed or ashamed for not knowing where to start lol.
He even printed out information for me to take home to help me research more before I come back to buy everything to start my aquarium. The cashier was just as lovely, giving advice on her own aquarium at home!
After coming from being a customer at the Montco locations, I can say I will be going out of my way from now on to this location.
Customer service is a lost art and they really ensured I was taken care of.
I can’t wait to start my aquarium and if you can ID employee please give him accolades!!”

I bough litter from other sources, and she did not really use it.
Tried this litter from Petco soon as I put it in her box to run right to it and did her business

“Usually I am very nervous about any grooming done at petsmart & petco, however ever since Kenyatta started grooming my dog my whole perspective changed! She is a great groomer! Very sweet, professional and passionate about her work! I have never had an issue when booking with her. She takes very good care of my Goldendoodle and gets the job done every time.”
“I went in there looking for advice on my newly acquired mouse pet. I asked for help and was sent a guru of mice! Nina was absolutely amazing. She took the time to answer my questions. And there were a ton! She also suggested some things I could put in the mouse’s cage that would help make him more comfortable. She was patient, knowledgeable and friendly! The little tree trunk hideout item she recommended is a huge hit with the mouse. So thank you Nina!!!! You were amazing!!!!!”

“My husband and I recently completed the 6-week puppy training class with trainer Chrissy. My husband and I were very pleased with the whole process. We learned 2-3 commands each class. We learned everything we wanted to know in regards to training our puppy as well as a few extra commands. She gave us step by step instructions for us to practice at home and while on walks. During class, Chrissy would show us how the command is done and then have us give it a try while she provided helpful feedback. If we still had a few problem areas, we would go over it some more at the next class. So far, our puppy has been doing well with the training exercises at home. We look forward to booking another 6 week class with Chrissy soon. I highly recommend Chrissy for all of your puppy/dog training needs.”
