“Always a nice smile In and out quickly. I am disabled and never rushed. Being disabled makes parking a little tough. You can park in front or in a lot. The lot is further. So I choose to wait if there is no parking in front.”
“One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I had an awful time at a nearby post office branch & came here instead. The service was amazing & the employees are incredibly nice & knowledgeable. I was honestly going to switch to a private carrier for my shipping after such an abysmal experience at the Bordentown branch, but I'll be coming here from now on for all of my shipping. The lovely lady process my order even gave me a free box for one of the next items I'm shipping. 11/10.”

“I've been using this place a lot recently, selling stuff on eBay. The staff are really knowledgeable and efficient, and friendly for the most part. There's plenty of parking and I've only ever stood it queue for a a maximum of a couple of minutes, it's usually pretty quiet there.”

(I used to live in a city where the post office served a larger population and had longer business hours so this took a little adjustment for me.)”

“I've done a lot of business over the years here and haven't had one bad interaction with the employees. They've always been helpful, courteous, efficient and on a number of occasions gone above n beyond in helping me navigate the Postal System. They used to sort and deliver locally, but the Postal Service moved those operations to another location. I can only hope that this Office will continue to be available in the future.”

She then went above and beyond by making me aware that something was missing from my package (which was an application for something important) and helping me find a way to include it so that my application would be processed correctly. “I came in there on 7/28/25 to do my passports for myself. The female staff member who served me was very friendly and helpful, and answered all my questions in a friendly manner. I used a photoshoot there, and the staff was very attentive and took good photos. I dropped my car keys under the counter and she helped me find them back with a friendly smile and no signs of irritation. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name because I would have written it in my review, Because she helped me very well and the service was very impressive.”

“I sent a package and the guy at the counter printed the sticker and didn't add the apartment number, he also covered the return address. I didn't know where the package was so I filed a claim only to be denied. Then something said to go in and speak to the manager. That was yesterday and he called this morning and left a message saying it would be delivered today. His name is Frankie and he's a wonderful Manager! My son finally got his shoes I sent him for his birthday. This is what you call Great customer service! Even though the first guy fumbled Frankie really came through and I'm grateful ?”
