“This place has everything a regular PO has, and more. lots of priority mail boxes, different sizes, if you need one. I've never experienced a line here and the guys here are always pleasant, smiling, and doing a good job. They're never shut down for no apparent reason like the PO in my zip code and I never feel aggravated (Philly post offices can be horrible!) it's a relief to find a good PO, I appreciate it soooo much.”

“One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I had an awful time at a nearby post office branch & came here instead. The service was amazing & the employees are incredibly nice & knowledgeable. I was honestly going to switch to a private carrier for my shipping after such an abysmal experience at the Bordentown branch, but I'll be coming here from now on for all of my shipping. The lovely lady process my order even gave me a free box for one of the next items I'm shipping. 11/10.”

“I sent a package and the guy at the counter printed the sticker and didn't add the apartment number, he also covered the return address. I didn't know where the package was so I filed a claim only to be denied. Then something said to go in and speak to the manager. That was yesterday and he called this morning and left a message saying it would be delivered today. His name is Frankie and he's a wonderful Manager! My son finally got his shoes I sent him for his birthday. This is what you call Great customer service! Even though the first guy fumbled Frankie really came through and I'm grateful ?”
“I love this post office!!!! The staff are courteous and respectful, even when the customers are not.They try their best to solve problems that they didn’t create, troubleshoot and investigate. I’ve seen the clerk try her best to satisfy the “difficult” customers too.The staff in Titusville is top tier! They care.”
“I've done a lot of business over the years here and haven't had one bad interaction with the employees. They've always been helpful, courteous, efficient and on a number of occasions gone above n beyond in helping me navigate the Postal System. They used to sort and deliver locally, but the Postal Service moved those operations to another location. I can only hope that this Office will continue to be available in the future.”

“We needed passport help for our family of 7 and were feeling a bit overwhelmed. We needed to renew some and apply for others and needed them all within a month. We went to the Southampton post office mainly to ask questions and get the correct forms we needed. We were greeted by Suzy with a smile and friendly personality. We immediately felt a sense of relief. Suzy went above and beyond to ease our worries and also helped us start the process for our passports. She was very helpful in guiding us to what would work best for our family and our timeline. Suzy is an absolute asset to this team and was exactly what we needed that day. “I just recently had a surgery on my dominant hand and was having trouble filling out a money order, as well as a priority envelope and to my surprise, a teller by the name Jackie offered to help me fill it out. “my mom and i just came here for passport services and i wish i got the name of the lady who helped us because she was so excellent! i mean she was so efficient, it really only took like 10 minutes, she was very kind and patient (there were young children with whom she took extra time and attention to acknowledge and accommodate and she also had toys for the kids and hung their drawings on her wall). also i really appreciated that she truly cared to be honest about how i should pose for the picture and took her time and asked me if i liked it and then gave me the other copy of my passport photo instead of throwing it out! highly recommend going here for a passport and don’t waste your time at a place in philly!”
